Indeed a remarkable message! What is it of them that we differentiate, discriminate and humiliate them? It's just another example of how we have failed as human beings to give someone's entity precedence over their talents, ambitions and hardwork. 🕊

Paving way for opportunities in a society we live in isn't easy. At every patch we are welcomed with appalling obstacles, disturbing questions and daunting stares but as long as our conviction is held taut ,our fears are automatically eliminated. One of our transgender's creations!
You told them they couldn't work in a professional attire or in white collar jobs but when we gave them the opportunity of expression in only a part of a field, they showed amazing results. Imagine if they were given equal opportunities, they would outcast you at least.

The wine glass dresses itself in contrasting colours;black and white.Colours which were discriminated in the jim crow era but now they are entangled together.Obvious, isn't it? But these transgenders have still not been accepted, they still aren't coloured in the colour of society. But you can be the pioneer of those who accept them, who treat them not differently, who treat them as normal human beings burying their entity.Gender isn't someone's choice,is it?

2 months of extensive labour and hardwork has brought a plethora of coloured fruits but it still has to be tasted by success.Transgenders have never been accepted as a part of this society but see what's remarkable, you provide them with scarce, recyclable and they give you remarkable results. What if you didn't reduce to this behaviour, what if you accepted them not on their gender but on their skills;they would've made your business flourish. But sadly,we haven't.
