PEIMA directs all partner schools to arrange Teachers’ Training during summer vacations to strengthen teaching quality in Urdu, English, Mathematics, and Science. Institutions are also required to submit training schedules and complete data of trained teachers for record and monitoring.

PEIMA QAT 2026 Successfully Conducted Across Punjab

The Quality Assessment Test (QAT) 2026 under Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has been successfully conducted across all districts of Punjab. The assessment was carried out in a transparent, organized, and efficient manner to evaluate students’ learning outcomes and academic performance.

Thousands of students from PEIMA-PSSP schools participated in QAT 2026, while monitoring teams ensured smooth conduct at examination centers. The initiative reflects PEIMA’s commitment to improving quality of education and strengthening assessment standards.

تعلیم صرف کتابی علم کا نام نہیں بلکہ یہ طالب علم کی ہمہ جہت نشوونما کا عمل ہے۔ اسی جذبے کے تحت آج گورنمنٹ پرائمری سکول مکھنانوالی میں "سالانہ رزلٹ ڈے" کے موقع پر ایک پروقار تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس کا مقصد بچوں کی سال بھر کی محنت کو سراہنا اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کرنا تھا۔
تقریب کا آغاز تلاوتِ کلامِ پاک اور ہدیہ نعت سے ہوا۔ اس کے بعد سکول کے ننھے منھے طلبہ نے مختلف ٹیبلوز، تقاریر اور ملی نغمے پیش کر کے حاضرین کے دل جیت لیے۔ بچوں کی خود اعتمادی اور فنکارانہ صلاحیتیں اس بات کا ثبوت تھیں کہ سکول میں نصابی سرگرمیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ غیر نصابی سرگرمیوں پر بھی بھرپور توجہ دی جا رہی ہے۔
پروگرام کا سب سے اہم مرحلہ تعلیمی نتائج کا اعلان تھا۔ پوزیشن ہولڈر بچوں میں میڈلز، شیلڈز اور تعریفی اسناد تقسیم کی گئیں۔ اس موقع پر اساتذہ اور والدین کے چہروں پر مسرت دیدنی تھی، جو بچوں کی کامیابی پر بے حد نہال نظر آئے۔
اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے اساتذہ نے کہا کہ "ہمارا مقصد پیما (PEIMA) کے وژن کے مطابق معیاری تعلیم کی فراہمی اور بچوں کی بہترین تربیت ہے۔ آج کا یہ رزلٹ ڈے ان بچوں کے روشن مستقبل کی پہلی سیڑھی ہے۔"
تقریب کے آخر میں مہمانوں کی تواضع کی گئی اور تمام شرکاء نے سکول انتظامیہ کی کاوشوں اور پیما کے تعلیمی ماڈل کو سراہا، جس کی بدولت دور دراز علاقوں میں بھی تعلیمی معیار میں نمایاں بہتری آئی ہے۔

Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has issued an important directive for all Licensees of Individual & Young Entrepreneur PEIMA/PSSP Schools.

All schools are required to nominate **two (2) teachers** for participation in the upcoming **Teachers’ Training Program 2026**. This initiative aims to enhance teaching quality and professional development of educators.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION – School Upgradation (Primary to Elementary) | PEIMA-PSSP

Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), with the approval of the Authority in its 31st meeting held on 04-02-2026, has revised the criteria for upgradation of Primary Schools to Elementary Level in PEIMA-PSSP Schools.

📚 Enrollment Criteria

For Starting Class 6

👦 Boys: 20 students in Class IV & V
👧 Girls: 15 students in Class IV & V

For Starting Class 7

👦 Boys: 20 students in Class VI
👧 Girls: 15 students in Class VI

For Starting Class 8

👦 Boys: 30 students in Class VI & VII
👧 Girls: 20 students in Class VI & VII
📍 Land Requirement
Minimum 2 Kanal (40 Marla) land
Space available for 3 additional classrooms within school premises
📏 Distance from Nearest Middle School
Rural Areas:
Boys Schools: 3 KM
Girls Schools: 1 KM
Population less than 10,000
Urban Areas: Minimum 1 KM (both cases)
🏫 Building Requirements
6 classrooms → Start Class 6
7 classrooms → Start Class 7
8 classrooms → Start Class 8
Water Points ratio: 1:70 students
Toilets ratio: 1:70 students (minimum)
📌 Additional Conditions
One additional teacher (minimum 14 years education) for each elementary grade
School must be QAT Passed
School property remains ownership of School Education Department (SED)
Apply 4 months before end of academic session
Permission subject to approval & affidavit
Subsidy for elementary classes after physical verification
Processing Fee: Rs. 5,000/-

During the visit, examination arrangements, student attendance, invigilation, and compliance with QAT SOPs were reviewed. Dr. Sarwat Nadeem also interacted with students and staff, appreciating their efforts in maintaining a disciplined and conducive examination environment.

PEIMA QAT 2026 – Final Day Monitoring 27th March 2026

Worthy CEO PEIMA, Mr. Shahid Imtiaz Gondal, visited examination centers to monitor the final day of Quality Assurance Test (QAT) 2026. The monitoring focused on ensuring smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of the final papers.

The examinations were successfully conducted across all centers with proper arrangements, disciplined environment, and strict compliance with QAT SOPs. The CEO appreciated the efforts of district teams, center staff, and school administrations for ensuring successful completion of QAT 2026.
