E-Stamping

PITB has signed two significant MoUs with the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) on e-Filing & Office Automation System (eFOAS) and e-Stamping System. These MoUs are aimed at revolutionizing PLRA’s operations by enhancing efficiency and transparency.

PITB Teams visits Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) for signing ceremony regarding handing over operations of e-Stamping system.
PITB and Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) have signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for handing over the operations of e-Stamping system.
The SLAs were signed by PITB's Additional Director General Hammad Hasan Hamdani on behalf of PITB and Director General PLRA Capt. (R) Ikram-Ul-Haq, and Additional Director General Mr. Zahid Sohail on behalf of PLRA.
M. Zaman Wattoo (Member Taxes, Board of Revenue Punjab), Director (PPD) PLRA Sonia Sadaf, Director (e-Stamping) PITB Haider Ali, were also present.
PITB Additional Director General Syed Hammad Hasan Hamdani briefed the audience about the successful implementation of the e-Stamping system across the Punjab, Sindh, and KP provinces and assured to provide full support for successful and smooth transition of e-Stamping (Punjab) system from PITB to PLRA within six months.
Member (Taxes) BOR and DG PLRA appreciated PITB for its support and efforts in the implementation of ICT initiatives across Punjab.

e-Registration system, developed by PITB, which is being implemented in collaboration with BOR Sindh, has successfully completed over 2000 e-Registries in Sindh.
Designed exclusively for automating deed registration, this system enhances the efficiency of data collection, storage, and shortens processing time. The overall purpose of e-Registration system is to replace the traditional process, improve quality of service and to safeguard government interest.
Famous celebrities Shaista Lodhi, Fahad Mustafa, Veteran Politician Manzoor Wassan got benefitted from e-Registration system. They expressed their warm admiration about the hassle free process of issuance of registry.

The Sindh government has successfully completed its first 129 e-Registries through PITB developed e-Registration & e-Mutation System in the province. These 129 succesfull transactions is the evidence for the success of this system.
e-Registry system is fully integrated with e-Stamping system developed by PITB for the Land Administration & Revenue Management Information System (LARMIS) Sindh, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA). Hence, it will assist the stakeholders in eliminating paper and process related fraudulent practices, leakage of government revenue while storing information in digital form to ensure transparency.

e-Registration & e-Mutation System Sindh is a joint initiative of PITB and Board of Revenue (BOR) Sindh. All the relevant stakeholders and officials of BOP Sindh have appreciated PITB for the timely delivery of the project.

Addition of Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges) in e-Stamping system
A latest feature in PITB’s developed ‘e-Stamping System’ is Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges) which is used to generate challan form for service charges of Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) regarding appointment of commission for the process of e-Registration system in Punjab.
To generate challan, visit e-Stamping website www.es.punjab.gov.pk and Click on Challan Form (PLRA Ahl-e-Commission Service Charges). The amount of challan shall be Rs. 5,000/‐ as service charges, which shall be paid in any branch of Bank of Punjab.

A training session regarding e-Stamping & e-Registration system in Sindh was conducted at the Citizen Contact Center on Friday, February 23, 2024. e-Stamping PITB team provided comprehensive knowledge of e-Registration process and guided CCC agents to address queries related to e-Stamping and e-Registration Sindh helpline (0800-77000). The training aimed to ensure that CCC staff are well-equipped to effectively handle inquiries, complaints and provide support related to the e-Stamping and e-Registration system in Sindh.
