A woman came to the Punjab Women Protection Authority seeking help after repeated domestic violence by her husband, and harassment from in-laws even threats at gunpoint. She had been misled before with false promises of change.

We assured her immediate legal support: meeting the investigation officer, provision of a lawyer, protection order, maintenance, and financial aid. No woman should suffer in silence, the law stands with her, and so do we.
