The District Judiciary Mansehra organized two training /orientation sessions to strengthen capacity building in district courts.
• First session: Led by Senior Civil Judge (A) Aftab Javed, addressed irregularities found during a recent inspection by Hon’ble Peshawar High Court through its Principal officers. The discussion focused on identifying shortcomings and proposing corrective actions, with active participation from court Moharrirs.
• Second session: Conducted by Mr. Hassan Ali, Civil Judge, focused on enhancing the skills of bailiffs and process servers in tasks such as site plan preparation, handling dowry articles, and report writing. Mr. Aftab Javed SCJ emphasized their vital role as “the eyes and ears of the courts.”
The District and Sessions Judge, Mansehra, praised the participants for their contributions to fair and efficient judicial processes. The program concluded with certificate distributions recognizing outstanding bailiffs, process servers, and officials who helped the Senior Civil judge (A) in development of a Digital Human Resource Management System for District judiciary, Mansehra.

An awareness session focused on expeditious adjudication of commercial disputes by commercial courts was held on October 10,2025 in the District Bar Room Mansehra.
The session was conducted by Mr. Asim Riaz, Additional District Judge Balakot, and was attended by members of the legal community.
The session aimed to sensitize the legal fraternity on the importance of timely resolution of commercial disputes, in line with recent reforms and the evolving role of commercial courts in view of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Resolution of Commercial Disputes Act , 2022.
On this occasion, the Worthy District and Sessions Judge Mansehra addressed the audience, highlighting the judiciary's commitment to efficient and transparent dispute resolution mechanisms.
The President District Bar Association Mansehra also shared his views, appreciating the initiative and reaffirming the Bar's support for such knowledge sharing platforms.

A much needed initiative to meet the demands of the modern IT era, Administration, the Digital Human Resource Management (HRM) System for the District Judiciary Mansehra was formally inaugurated today by the Worthy District and Sessions Judge, Mansehra, in a graceful ceremony held here in the Conference room of the District Courts, Mansehra.
During her inaugural address, she lauded the efforts of the Senior Civil Judge (Administration) and his team for developing this innovative system. she expressed confidence that the HRM system would serve as a robust platform for better workforce management.
The HRM system is designed to streamline leave management, automated record-keeping, and secure access controls etc, all tailored to meet the growing needs of the district administration.
The ceremony was attended by all the Judicial Officers, Mansehra who witnessed the live demonstration of the system’s capabilities.

A dynamic interactive session was organized for young lawyers by District Judiciary Mansehra, aimed at empowering them for a successful future in the legal profession.
Learned District and Session Judge Mansehra, emphasized the importance of integrity & punctuality in her welcome note.
The session featured an engaging discussion on legal ethics led by Mr. Muhammad Tayyib, Learned Additional District Judge (ADJ) Mansehra. The discussion provided valuable insights to the young lawyers, enhancing their understanding of professional responsibilities and conduct, inside and out of courts.

The Honorable District and Sessions Judge,Mansehra, Ms. Sadia Arshad, paid an official visit to the Tehsil Bar Balakot, along with Senior Civil Judge (Administration), where she was warmly received by judicial officers and members of the legal fraternity.
During her address to the Bar, she commended the efforts and cooperation of the Tehsil Bar Association Balakot in assisting the district judiciary in achieving the targets set forth by the Honorable Peshawar High Court.
On this occasion, she also handed over a collection of books for the Bar Library, furthering the cause of legal education and research for young lawyers and seasoned practitioners alike.
In a major announcement, Ms. Sadia Arshad shared promising developments regarding the long-awaited Tehsil Judicial Complex Balakot,a Rs. 500 million plus mega project, approved by the Hon’ble Peshawar High Court for Balakot. She added that the project has now entered a crucial phase, and formal construction work is set to commence shortly.

A farewell lunch was graciously hosted by District Judiciary Mansehra in the honour of Mr. Saleem Ur Rehman SCJ(F) and Mr. Waqar Saeed, Civil Judge who have been transferred to new stations from Mansehra District.
On this lively occasion Ms.Sadia Arshad , worthy District & Sessions Judge, Mansehra ,said that the contributions by the departing officers to their courts are laudable.
Sensing this event an opportunity , appreciation certificates were also awarded to the learned Judges of the Family Courts and Civil Judges who had successfully achieved the performance targets set by the Hon’ble High Court for disposal of family and rent cases. Their commitment to timely and effective adjudication of cases was duly recognized and commended.
