ڈی جی ڈرگ کنٹرول خیبرپختونخوا کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں ،ڈرگ انسپکٹر مانسہرہ توصیف محمد اور سردار محمد وقاص نے مانسہرہ شہر کے مختلف میڈیکل اسٹوروں ، فارمیسیز اور ڈسٹریبیوٹرز کا دورہ کیا اور Chloroquine ، HCQ اور دیگر ادویہ کی دستیابی کی جانچ کی. فارماسسٹوں اور مالکان کو سختی سے ہدایت کی گئیں کہ وہ صرف رجسٹرڈ ڈاکٹر کے نسخے پر اور صرف تھوڑی مطلوبہ مقدار میں دوائی فراہم کریں ، تاکہ سب کے لیے دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے اور ذخیرہ اندوزی کو روکا جاسکے۔ ان کو یہ بھی ہدایت کی گئیں کہ وہ ان دوائیوں کی فروخت کا ریکارڈ برقرار رکھیں اور ڈبے پر درج قیمت سے زیادہ پر ہرگز فروخت نہ کریں۔
عوام سے بھی گزارش ہے کہ اگر آپ کو corona virus سے متاثرہ نہیں ہیں تو یہ دوائیں نہ خریدیں تاکہ ضرورت مندوں کے لئے دستیاب رہیں۔
کسی بھی شکایت کی صورت میں ڈرگ انسپیکٹر مانسہرہ کے دفتر سے رابطہ کریں۔

In compliance with the directions of DG Drug Control Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Drug Inspector Mansehra Toseef Muhammad and Sardar Muhammad Waqas visited various medical stores, Pharmacies and Distributions in Mansehra today and checked the availability of Chloroquine, HCQ and other drugs whose stock is expected to be shorted in near future. Pharmacists and owners were strictly directed to only dispense medicine on prescription of registered medical practitioner and in small required quantity only, to ensure availability and stop hoarding and stockpiling. They were also directed to maintain sales record of these drugs and sell on the price mentioned on the box.
It is also requested to public to not buy these drugs if you are not exposed to COVID-19 so they may remain available for those in need.

ڈریپ اور ڈرگ کنٹرول خیبر پختونخوا کی ہدایت پر Chloroquine Phosphate اور Hydroxychloroquine پر مشتمل تمام برانڈز کو آج 20 مارچ سے کنٹرول دوا کے طور پر فروخت کیا جائے گا۔ ان ادویات کو فروخت کرنے کا پروٹوکول مندرجہ ذیل ہوگا۔
1. تمام فارمیسی اور میڈیکل اسٹوروں کو اسٹاک رجسٹروں پر دستیاب اسٹاک کے اندراج کو یقینی بنانا ہوگا (برانڈ نام ، بیچ نمبر اور دستیاب مقدار)
2۔یہ دوائیں صرف ایک رجسٹرڈ ڈاکٹر کے نسخے پر فروخت کی جائیں گی اور نسخے کی ایک کاپی اسٹور کے مالک کے پاس رکھنی لازم ہے۔ کسی کو بھی بڑی تعداد میں یہ ادویات نہ دیں
3۔ ان ادویات کی فروخت کا ریکارڈ برقرار رکھنا لازم ہے (یعنی برانڈ نام ، بیچ # ، مریض کا نام ، ڈاکٹر کا نام اور بقایا مقدار)
4. ڈسٹری بیوٹرز کے لئے یہ لازمی ہے کہ وہ ان ادویات کی فروخت کا مکمل ریکارڈ رکھیں اور اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ قیمت میں اضافہ نہ ہو۔ انسپیکشن کے دوران تمام بل / وارنٹی موجود ہونی چاہئیے۔

براہ کرم یقینی بنائیں کہ ادویات ضرورت مندوں کے لئے مارکیٹ میں دستیاب ہوں۔ ان ادویات کی ذخیرہ اندوزی / بلیک مارکیٹنگ یا قیمتوں میں اضافے میں ملوث ہر شخص کو قانون کے مطابق نتائج کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا۔

On the Direction of DRAP and Drug Control Khyber Pakhtunkhwa all brands containing chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine are to be sold as controlled substances Effecive today i.e. March 20,2020. Following will be the protocol to sell these products.
1. All Pharmacies and Medical stores have to ensure the entry of available stock on stock registers (brand name, Batch No and Quantity Available)
2. These drugs are only to be dispensed on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner and a copy of prescription is to be kept by the store owner. Do not dispense the drug in bulk to anyone.
3. Sale record of these drugs should be maintained (i.e. brand name, batch #, patient name, prescriber's name and remaining quantity)
4. FOR DISTRIBUTORS it is mandatory to keep full record of sale of these drugs and ensure that the price does not spike. They should be able to produce bill/warranty upon inspection.

Please make sure that the drug is available in market for those in need. Anyone involved in hoarding/ black marketing or price hike of these drugs will have to face the consequences as per law.

Inspection of medical stores of opposite KATH was conducted by Toseef Muhammad and Sardar Muhammad Waqas, Drug Inspectors Mansehra. 1 medical stores was sealed and showcause notices were issued to 4 violators and Stock was seized. Availability of surgical masks, gloves and hand sanitizers was again assessed and it was found that there is still shortage of these items because of lack of supply. Pharmacists and store owners were strictly directed to not get involved in hoarding and price hike of these items and also report any such activity for prompt action. Public is also advised to inform the office of Drug Inspector Mansehra of any such activity.

Inspection of medical stores of Lari Adda, Pano Road and Bedra Road was conducted by Toseef Muhammad and Sardar Muhammad Waqas, Drug Inspectors Mansehra. 4 medical stores were sealed and showcause notices were issued to the violators.

On public complaints Drug Inspector Mansehra Sardar Muhammad Waqas inspected various Drug Sale premises at Khawajgan and Shoukatabad. 2 outlets were sealed and showcause notices were issued to the violators.

Drug Inspector Mansehra Sardar Muhammad Waqas inspected various premises at Labarkot Road. 3 stores were sealed for not having Drug Sales License and showcause notices were issued to the violators. Samples of various drugs were taken for analysis.
