Prof. Dr. Nadeem Sheikh, Vice Chancellor University of Mianwali, Participates in Leadership Development Programme-II
Prof. Dr. Nadeem Sheikh, Vice Chancellor, University of Mianwali (UMW), participated in the two-day Leadership Development Programme-II, organized by the Executive Development Institute, National School of Public Policy, held on 20–21 May 2026.
The training brought together distinguished speakers and senior professionals to discuss key dimensions of effective leadership, including the essence of leadership, self-awareness, strategic management, innovation in the public sector, communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership styles, emerging technologies, team dynamics, high performance, and visionary leadership rooted in integrity and sacrifice.
