Prime Minister Imran Khan visited COMSTECH center where he attended an exhibition of medical equipment & products which are being produced in collaboration of Ministry of Science & Technology with Pakistan Engineering Council and other partners for containment of COVID-19.

Pakistan has made innovative medical developments soon after detecting its first Corona case on 26th Feb, 2020. These innovative projects are in pipeline and once approved, Pakistan will become self-sufficient in the production of ventilators & other medical equipment.

Prime Minister Imran Khan regarded self-belief as the biggest quality in a nation. The power of self-belief compels the nations to achieve impossible. He said that a nation that has the ability to make a nuclear weapon can develop anything.

Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has directed to initiate a province-wide indiscriminate crackdown against hoarders and profiteers.
▪︎CM has also issued directions to the cabinet committee for price control to ensure availability of essential items on fixed rates.
▪︎CM Punjab has directed the administrative officers to monitor the auction process in agri-markets and action be initiated against hoarders under the anti-hoarding ordinance, 2020.
Those involved in hoarding and illegal profiteering does not deserve any leniency, CM emphasized.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے گنگا رام ہسپتال میں مدر اینڈ چائلڈ کئیر ہسپتال کا سنگ بنیاد رکھ دیا۔ ہسپتال کی تعمیر پر مجموعی طور پر 7 ارب روپے کی لاگت آئے گی جبکہ 12 ایکڑ رقبے اور 600 بستروں پر مشتمل اس ہسپتال میں زچہ و بچہ کے علاج معالجے کے لئے جدید سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی جن میں 13 آپریشن تھیٹرز اور ایک
#ایمرجنسی کا شعبہ شامل ہیں۔
