Glimpses of the visit of the worthy Director General, Crop Reporting Services (CRS), Syed Altaf Ahmad Shah, on 29-04-2026 to the office of the Statistical Officer, District Mardan. The Honorable DG (CRS) also visited the sample village Chak Toru to supervise and monitor the crop cutting experiment for wheat yield and production estimates. These short video clips are worth watching, as they demonstrate field techniques used by CRS staff for accurate crop prediction and estimation, particularly for the wheat crop in the current scenario.

The demonstrations were recorded during the same visit, with on-site video tutorial delivered by the DG CRS himself, reflecting the evolving technical strength of the methodologies currently adopted by the Directorate’s staff for estimates with high accuracy.
