Millions of homeless dogs roam around the streets, lonely and hungry. India itself is home to more than 30 million stray dogs, attributable to approximately 20,000 cases of rabies every year. Enactus Motilal Nehru College, a student-run social entrepreneurial organisation, along with Kalyani Animal Welfare Foundation, seek your little help to nurture a positive impact in the lives of these dejected street dogs through its Crowd Funding Campaign- Save the Street Dogs of India.
The proceeds from your donations shall be used to sterilize stray dogs for controlling their population without brutal killings, to vaccinate these dogs against rabies, and to sustain the livelihoods of the dogs who are looked after by the organizations.
