Awareness Campaign and Complaint Cell for Eid-ul-Azha 2026 Cleanliness Drive

Pursuant to the directions of the worthy Commissioner Peshawar Division issued during the meeting held under his chairmanship at 1400 hours today, and subsequent instructions of the Deputy Commissioner/Administrator CMGP and Director General CMGP regarding the Eid-ul-Azha 2026 Cleanliness Drive, a Complaint Cell has been established to facilitate the general public during the Eid holidays.

In this regard, an awareness campaign is being carried out through social media and other communication channels. Furthermore, banners displaying the notified complaint telephone numbers are being installed at prominent locations and major roads within the jurisdiction of Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar and its allied formations.

The objective of this initiative is to create awareness among the general public regarding the lodging of complaints and grievances related to cleanliness and sanitation services during Eid-ul-Azha. The Complaint Cell will ensure prompt redressal of public complaints in the larger public interest so that citizens may not face inconvenience during the Eid holidays.

عید الاضحیٰ کی تیاری کے پیش نظر، ویسٹ زون کیپیٹل میٹروپولیٹن گورنمنٹ نے کارخانہ بس اسٹینڈ کے قریب ایک مخصوص مویشی منڈی قائم اور منظم کی ہے۔ اس سہولت میں عوام اور مویشیوں کے لیے پینے کے پانی کا انتظام، ڈھکے ہوئے شیڈز، مخصوص پارکنگ کی جگہیں، بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کے لیے جانوروں پر اسپرے کا انتظام، اور عوامی آگاہی کے لیے معلوماتی بینرز شامل ہیں۔

پشاور () ایڈمنسٹریٹر / ڈپٹی کمشنر پشاور ثناء اللہ خان نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کیپٹل میٹروپولیٹن گورنمنٹ قدیر نصیر کے ہمراہ ایسٹ زون اور شالیمار گارڈن میں لیڈیز پارک کا دورہ کیا' پارک میں عوام کو دی جانے والے سہولیات کے بارے میں آگاہی حاصل کیں'
تفصیلات کے مطابق ایڈمنسٹریٹر / ڈپٹی کمشنر پشاور ثناء اللہ خان نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کیپٹل میٹروپولیٹن گورنمنٹ قدیر نصیر کے ہمراہ ایسٹ زون میں ا نجینئرنگ برانچ اوردیگر مختلف آفسز کا معائنہ کیا' معائنے کے دوران افسران اور ملازمین کی حاضری چیک اس دوران انہوںنے ملازمین اور افسران کو ڈیوٹی پر بروقت موجود اور عوام کو دفتر ی امور میںسہولیات فراہم کرنے کے بھی احکامات جاری کئے بعدازاں ایڈمنسٹریٹر نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کے ہمراہ شالیمارگارڈن میںواقع لیڈیز پارک کا دورہ کیا اور مختلف حصوں کو تفصیل سے دورہ کیا اس دوران انہوں نے پارک میںعوام کو دی جانے والے سہولیات کے بارے میں آگاہی حاصل کیں اس دوران انہوں نے پارک میں واش رومزکا بھی دورہ کیا اور واش رومز میں صفائی کی صورتحال مزید بہتر کرنے کی ہدایات جاری کئے اس دوران ایڈمنسٹریٹر / ڈپٹی کمشنر پشاور ثناء اللہ خان نے کہاعوام کو تفریحی سہولیات کی فراہمی میں کسی قسم کی کوتاہی برداشت نہیں کی جائیگی ' پارک میں عوام کو ہرضروری سہولیات فراہم کئے جائے' پارک میں صفائی کی صورتحال مزید بہتر کی جائے دوبارہ پارک کا دورہ کرونگا۔

The Administration of Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar (CMGP) remains committed to observing events of national dignity and honor with great enthusiasm and patriotism. In this regard, on the occasion of the Day of the Battle of Truth (Marka-e-Haq), the staff actively participated in commemorating the national day. Banners and streamers were displayed along major routes within the jurisdiction of CMGP to highlight the significance of the day.

This day is observed as Pakistan’s official remembrance of the 2025 India–Pakistan conflict, marking the successful ex*****on of a combined military operation codenamed Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos. The observance aims to honor the sacrifices, bravery, and unity demonstrated during the operation, while also promoting national pride and solidarity among citizens.
