E-Muhasil is an initiative of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa aimed at transforming all government receipts into a fully digital platform, ensuring effective tracking and recording of departmental fines and payments.
By introducing Person-to-Government (P2G) digital payments, the traditional cash counter process has been eliminated. Payments can now be conveniently made through JazzCash and Easypaisa, promoting transparency, efficiency, and ease for the public.
A session on this initiative was attended by Mr. Muhammad Usama, Assistant Director IT, Commissionerate of Mines Labour Welfare; Mr. Humayun Akbar, Assistant Director IT, Directorate of Minerals; and Mr. Shah Fahad from the Inspectorate of Mines. The session emphasized the importance of adopting digital payment solutions to enhance governance and service delivery.

Labour Day with Labours
Assistant Commissioner Mines Labour Welfare Khyber honored labour for their contributions in mining sector. The Assistant Commissioner Mines labour welfare briefed attendees on welfare schemes offered by the Commissionerate of Mines Labour Welfare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and distributed Kankun cards to labours.

Assistant Commissioner Mines Labour welfare Mardan, along with the chairman of the committee, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mardan, Inspector of Mines Mardan, Assistant Director (Tech) Mardan, and AAC Rustam, visited the lease area in Palo dheri as a committee where the accident took place recently.
During the visit, Assistant Commissioner Mines Labour welfare also collected the data and record of deceased and disabled mines labours to ensure the steady awarding of death and disable grants.

The Commissionerate of Mines Labour Welfare, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is pleased to announce a significant milestone achieved under its digital transformation initiatives.
All mine labourers registered with the Commissionerate through the Online Registration System have successfully been issued the Ehsaas Kankun Card, serving as a verified digital identity for mine workers across the province.
This landmark achievement reflects the Department’s continued commitment to transparency, efficient service delivery, and the welfare of mine labourers. The introduction of the digital identity system will further facilitate streamlined access to welfare schemes, financial assistance, and other support services extended by the Government.
The initiative stands as a testament to the Department’s dedication towards leveraging technology for the socio-economic uplift of the mining community in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The visit included distribution of Ehsas Kankun Cards to registered labourers and compilation of fresh beneficiary data to facilitate further issuance of cards in accordance with prescribed procedure.
