​یہ کیمپ ڈاکٹر شیراز حسنی صاحب کی سربراہی میں کامیابی کے ساتھ منعقد کیا گیا۔
​کیمپ کے اہم مقاصد اور اقدامات
​اس کیمپ کا بنیادی مقصد علاقائی مال مویشیوں کو مہلک بیماریوں سے بچانا اور ان کی صحت کی دیکھ بھال کو یقینی بنانا تھا۔ کیمپ کے دوران درج ذیل طبی خدمات فراہم کی گئیں:
​واکسینیشن (بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کے ٹیکے):
​لمپی اسکن ڈیزیز (Lumpy Skin Disease) واکسین
​ایچ ایس / گل گھوٹو (Hemorrhagic Septicemia - HS) واکسین
​ای ٹی وی (Enterotoxemia - ETV) واکسین
​اینتھراکس (Anthrax) واکسین
​بی کیو / چوہڑا (Black Quarter - BQ) واکسین
​طبی علاج و ادویات:
​بیمار جانوروں کو مختلف اینٹی بائیوٹکس (Antibiotics) دی گئیں۔
​جانوروں کی توانائی اور عمومی صحت کی بحالی کے لیے طاقت کے ڈرنچ (Drench) دیے گئے۔

*FIELD ACTIVITY REPORT – VETERINARY SERVICES*
Today, Dr. Munawar Ishaq, Incharge Civil Veterinary Hospital (CVH) Surab, along with Adnan Hussain and his team, carried out field veterinary activities in Killi Nigarh, District Surab.

The activity was conducted as part of ongoing efforts to improve livestock health and provide veterinary services at the local level. The team performed its duties with dedication and responsibility, focusing on animal health management, disease prevention, and the well-being of livestock in the area.

Such field-level veterinary activities play a vital role in strengthening animal healthcare services, preventing livestock diseases, and supporting livestock farmers. These efforts demonstrate the continued commitment of the veterinary team to improving livestock health and promoting the sustainable development of the livestock sector in District Surab.

DISTRICT KILLA SAIFULLAH ☆
MEAT INSPECTION & CCHF (CONGO VIRUS) PREVENTION CAMPAIGN

The Livestock Department team conducted routine meat inspections in Killa Saifullah and Muslim Bagh to ensure hygienic slaughtering and the provision of safe, quality meat to consumers.

Additionally, under the directives of Provincial Minister for Livestock Sardarzada Faisal Khan Jamali, the guidance of Secretary Livestock Mr. Mohammad Saleh Baloch, and Director General Extension Dr. Mohammad Farooq Tareen, the campaign was carried out under the supervision of DLO Dr. Amanullah Kakar.

The veterinary emergency team, led by Dr. Muhammad Younas conducted anti-tick spraying, animal treatment, vaccination, and preventive spraying at the local Animal Mandi and various dairy farms in Muslim Bagh to reduce CCHF transmission risks and protect animal and public health.

On the direction of Honourable Minister for Livestock Balochistan Sardar zada Faisal Khan jamaliwith the instructions of Secretary Livestock Mohammad Saleh Baloch and Director General Ext. Dr. Mohammad Farooq Tareen in the supervision of District livestock Officer Dr Mohammad Idrees Achakzai,Dr.Rehmat ullah and Dr. Muhammad Tahir with livestock emergency team organized the CCHF case response, free veterinary mobile camps,spraying ,treatment , vaccination of the animals and sheds at various areas of Ada Kahool and various dairy farms at Killi Kala Khan in District Chaman.

A four-day training titled “Climate-Smart Livestock Management in Water-Stressed Environments” was conducted at the FAO Office in Quetta from October 5 to 8, 2026. The program focused on building capacity, promoting adaptive livestock management practices, and introducing climate-resilient strategies to mitigate the impact of water scarcity and harsh climate conditions on livestock production in Balochistan.
​The closing ceremony was held on 8th October 2026, the ​Chief Guest: Dr. Muhammad Farooq Tareen, Director General Animal Health, Livestock Department, Balochistan, Quetta, with Mr. Waleed Mehdi, International program Coordinator, Head of office, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United National, UN-FAO Balochistan.
​During the event, the distinguished guests commended the participants for their commitment and underscored the critical need for sustainable, climate-smart interventions in animal husbandry to protect pastoral livelihoods and improve food security across drought-prone and water-stressed communities in Balochistan.

On the directives of the Honorable Minister for Livestock, Sardarzada Mir Faisal Khan Jamali, Secretary Livestock, Mr Muhammad Saleh Baloch and Director General Dr Mohammed Farooq Tareen, and under the supervision of the District Livestock Officer (DLO), District Usta Muhammad, Dr. Rab Nawaz Soomro, Veterinary Officer, Dr Abdullah, Dr Abdul Naveed, Dr Khalid Hussain along with their respective teams, Muhammad Arif, Kareem Bux, Abdul Ghaffar and Para vets, conducted treatment activities against contagious diseases, the surgical procedure is performed at Civil Veterinary Hospital Usta.

Moreover, these vaccinations ( PPR, ETV, BQ & HS vaccine and Deworming of Animals) drives were conducted in the city and surrounding areas of District & Tehsil Usta Muhammad, Tehsil Gandakaha to prevent contagious bacterial and viral infections in small & large ruminants.
