آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ میں ایک ہزار اسکولوں کی اپ گریڈیشن اور آؤٹ آف اسکول بچوں کو اسکولوں تک رسائی کے لئے پانچ سالہ پروگرام تجویز، تعلیمی ترقی کے لئے جامع اقدامات کا فیصلہ، وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان میر سرفراز بگٹی کی زیر صدارت بجٹ کی تیاریوں سے متعلق اجلاس

کوئٹہ: حکومت بلوچستان نے صوبے میں تعلیمی پسماندگی کے خاتمے کے لیے انقلابی اقدامات کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے اس حوالے سے وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان میر سرفراز بگٹی کی زیر صدارت آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ کی تیاریوں سے متعلق ایک اعلیٰ سطحی اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس میں تعلیم کے شعبے کی بہتری اور آؤٹ آف اسکول بچوں کو تعلیمی اداروں میں لانے کے لیے جامع حکمت عملی پر غور کیا گیا۔

اجلاس کو چیف سیکرٹری بلوچستان شکیل قادر خان نے آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ کے نمایاں خدوخال پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔

بریفنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ صوبے میں آؤٹ آف اسکول بچوں کو تعلیم کے دائرے میں لانے کے لیے پانچ سالہ جامع پروگرام تجویز کیا گیا ہے تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ بچوں کو اسکولوں تک لایا جا سکے۔

اجلاس میں آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ میں 679 پرائمری اور 409 مڈل اسکولوں کو اپ گریڈ کرنے کا فیصلہ بھی کیا گیا بریفنگ کے مطابق تقریباً ایک ہزار اسکولوں کی اپ گریڈیشن سے گزشتہ پندرہ سال کے دوران پیدا ہونے والا تعلیمی عدم توازن بڑی حد تک ختم ہونے کی توقع ہے۔

اجلاس میں تعلیم نسواں کے فروغ کے لیے طالبات کو معقول ماہانہ وظیفہ دینے کی تجویز بھی زیر غور آئی تاکہ بچیوں کی تعلیم کے فروغ اور اسکولوں میں ان کی حاضری کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

اس موقع پر محکمہ پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کی جانب سے 174 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے 308 محکمانہ ترقیاتی اسکیمات پر بھی تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی۔

اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان میر سرفراز بگٹی نے کہا کہ تعلیم کے شعبے میں اصلاحات حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہیں اور ہر بچے کو اسکول تک پہنچانا حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ آئندہ مالی سال کے بجٹ میں تعلیم، صحت اور عوام کو بنیادی سہولیات کی فراہمی کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔

وزیر اعلیٰ نے کہا کہ تعلیم میں سرمایہ کاری دراصل بلوچستان کے روشن مستقبل میں سرمایہ کاری ہے اور حکومت صوبے میں تعلیمی سہولیات کو جدید تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ بنانے کے لیے عملی اقدامات کر رہی ہے تاکہ نوجوان نسل کو بہتر مواقع میسر آئیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ صوبے کے دور دراز علاقوں میں بھی تعلیمی اداروں کی بہتری حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے اور اس مقصد کے لیے تمام متعلقہ اداروں کو مربوط انداز میں کام کرنا ہوگا تاکہ تعلیمی شعبے میں حقیقی اور دیرپا بہتری لائی جاسکے۔

GPE Refresher Course – Quetta

A productive training session was conducted at GGHS Pak, Quetta, focusing on strengthening assessment frameworks and enhancing teaching practices. Through interactive discussions and structured activities, participants explored effective strategies to evaluate student learning and improve classroom outcomes.

Teachers actively contributed through feedback and reflection, sharing valuable insights to support continuous improvement in future training initiatives. The session concluded with a group photograph and distribution of Iftar bags as a gesture of appreciation for all participants.

Secretary Education Lal Jan Jaffar visited PITE Balochistan, where he was briefed on ongoing education sector interventions being implemented across 36 districts of Balochistan. The briefing highlighted various initiatives aimed at strengthening teacher capacity, improving classroom practices, and enhancing learning outcomes. Discussions also covered the key achievements, challenges, and future strategies for effective implementation of these programs across the province.
