راولپنڈی (پریس ریلیز) میٹرک دوسرا سالانہ امتحان 2026 حکومت پنجاب کی جانب سے جاری کردہ امتحانی ایس او پیز کے تحت شفاف، منظم اور پُرامن ماحول میں جاری ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف کے ویژن اور صوبائی وزیر تعلیم کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں امتحانات کے شفاف انعقاد، میرٹ کے فروغ اور امتحانی نظام میں نظم و ضبط کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کیے گئے ہیں۔ بوٹی مافیا کے خلاف زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی کے تحت نگرانی کا عمل مزید سخت کر دیا گیا ہے۔
کمانڈ اینڈ کنٹرول سینٹر کے ذریعے ہارڈ اور گرے امتحانی مراکز کی آن لائن کڑی نگرانی کی جا رہی ہے، جبکہ موبائل انسپکٹرز، چیئرمین اسکواڈ اور ڈسٹرکٹ ویجیلنس کمیٹیاں بھی امتحانی مراکز کی نگرانی میں متحرک ہیں۔ کسی بھی قسم کی بے ضابطگی یا امتحانی ایس او پیز کی خلاف ورزی پر فوری کارروائی عمل میں لائی جا رہی ہے۔
چیئرمین تعلیمی بورڈ راولپنڈی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اقبال محمود نے سیکرٹری بورڈ پروفیسر محمد فہمید کے ہمراہ مختلف امتحانی مراکز کا دورہ کیا اور امتحانی عمل، عملے کی حاضری، انتظامی امور اور اُمیدواران کو فراہم کی جانے والی سہولیات کا جائزہ لیا۔ انہوں نے امتحانی مراکز میں پُرسکون اور شفاف ماحول برقرار رکھنے اور امتحانی ایس او پیز پر من و عن عملدرآمد کی ہدایات جاری کیں۔پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اقبال محمود نے کہا کہ امتحانات میں شفافیت اور میرٹ پر کوئی سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ بوٹی مافیا اور امتحانی نظام کو متاثر کرنے والے عناصر کے خلاف زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی کے تحت سخت کارروائی جاری رہے گی، جبکہ تمام دستیاب ذرائع سے امتحانی عمل کی نگرانی کی جا رہی ہے۔
دریں اثناء میٹرک دوسرا سالانہ امتحان کے دوران نقل کے خلاف کارروائی کرتے ہوئے ایک اُمیدواررولنمبر 205895 اور ایک اُمیدوارہ رولنمبر222608 کو رنگے ہاتھوں پکڑ لیا گیا۔ اُمیدوارہ کو گورنمنٹ گریجویٹ کالج فار ویمن چکوال کے امتحانی مرکز سے موبائل فون برآمد جبکہ اُمیدوار کو گورنمنٹ گریجویٹ کالج اٹک کے امتحانی مرکز میں نقل کرتے ہوئے پکڑا گیا۔ ان دونوں کے خلاف فوری طور پر کیسز رجسٹرڈ کر کے ڈسپلن برانچ کو بھجوا دیئے گئے۔
کنٹرولر امتحانات تنویر اصغر اعوان نے بھی مختلف امتحانی مراکز کا دورہ کیا اور امتحانی عمل، عملے کی حاضری اور انتظامی امور کا جائزہ لیتے ہوئے امتحانی ایس او پیز پر سختی سے عملدرآمد کی ہدایات دیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ امتحانی مراکز کی مسلسل نگرانی کا مقصد شفافیت برقرار رکھنا، امیدواران کو سازگار ماحول فراہم کرنا اور کسی بھی غیر قانونی یا غیر اخلاقی سرگرمی کی بروقت روک تھام ہے۔

Brig (R) Tahir Nawaz, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dar-ul-Madina International University Islamabad, along with Dr. Muhammad Idrees, Director, Pakistan Institute of Education Islamabad, visited the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi and congratulated Prof. Dr. Iqbal Mahmood, Chairman, BISE Rawalpindi, on assuming his responsibilities.
During the meeting, various matters of mutual interest, educational reforms, improvement in the quality of education, and innovative initiatives in the education sector were discussed. The participants also exchanged views on strengthening institutional collaboration and creating better educational opportunities for students.

Prof. Dr. Dawood Rabbani, Principal, Government Associate College Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Rawalpindi, visited the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi and met with Prof. Dr. Iqbal Mahmood, Chairman, BISE Rawalpindi. Dr. Muhammad Idrees, Director, Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE), Islamabad, was also present during the meeting.

On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Dawood Rabbani presented a bouquet to the Chairman and congratulated him on assuming his responsibilities.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, improvement of educational standards, and strengthening effective coordination between educational institutions were discussed. Various issues relating to on-screen marking and student assessment were also deliberated upon. The forthcoming initiatives concerning educational assessment reforms and the implementation of on-screen marking were discussed in detail, with a shared emphasis on enhancing transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in the examination and assessment system.

The 269th Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi, was held on September 29, 2026, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Iqbal Mahmood, Chairman, BISE Rawalpindi. The meeting discussed the key of educational and administrative matters, with particular emphasis on institutional efficiency, transparency, and safeguarding the interests of students. Secretary, BISE Rawalpindi, Prof. Amjad Iqbal Khattak, and Controller of Examinations, Tanveer Asghar Awan, were also present in the meeting.
