District level Awareness Seminar held today on 23.08.25 at District Council Hall Chakwal.
MNA Maj (R) Tahir Iqbal NA-58, Mr. Shahab Aslam ADC (R) Chakwal, Dr. Saeed CEO Health, Mr. Fiaz Hashmi CO ZC/MC Chakwal, Mr. Nasir Kanwal CO MC Choa Saiden Shah, officers and officials of LG&CD, Municipal Committees, Union Councils and other line departments participated. Reps of elected representatives, civil society, media persons and other stakeholders were also present.
Dignitaries present at the event appreciated efforts of Govt. of the Punjab and Local Govt. Department for facilitating general public in the registration of vital events through its newly notified Birth and Death Registration Rules, 2025.

اجلاس کا آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک اور نعت خوانی سے ہوا۔ اسکے بعد ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر لوکل گورنمنٹ چکوال جناب ڈاکٹر فاروق احمد کھارا صاحب نے شرکاء کو نئے قوانین کے حوالے سے بریفنگ دی۔

As per directions of LG&CD Department, an awareness session in District Jhelum was organised with the event launched for the awareness of Births and Deaths Registration Rules, 2025!

The seminar was graced by Worthy Deputy Commissioner Jhelum Meesum Abbas . The event also attended by the assistant commissioner Jhelum , district information officer , district head of education department , members of provincial assembly , ex - representative of local government and media. Personnel.

On this occasion, Worthy Deputy Commissioner Jhelum shed light on the initiatives of the Government of the Punjab and emphasized the importance of disseminating awareness among the general public to get benefit from this Govt initiative .The participants were also briefed on the procedure of registration of birth and death by emphasizing the importance of registration and child rights.
Overall, the feedback of the participants was positive and they appreciated the launching of this initiative.

Today awareness seminar held in kahuta arranged by ADLG kahuta and all uc secretaries of tehsil kahuta. Honorable MPA Raja Sageer Ahmed , Ac kahuta , nikah registrars, chairman of all union councils ,vice chairman of whole tehsil, councillors, nambardars , lawyers, religious scholars , civil society and media persons were invited. Appreciation is given to vision of worthy CM punjab Maryam nawaz sahiba by all participants . Birth death rule 2025 has been shared with all . People obliged the efforts of punjab government and Initiatives taken by CM punjab .

An awareness seminar on Birth Death Rules,2025 was organized by Local Govt and Community Development District Murree, at Arts Council Hall Murree. in which the Deputy Director Local Govt along with participating Officers gave a comprehensive overview/ presentation on the rules,
