Green Foundation Farooqabad, Pakistan

Green Foundation was established in 2002 by a group of young environmentalists in a small city named Farooqabad in Punjab, Pakistan.

This group of people started planting trees without proper funds, paying for trees and mulch out of their pockets. They removed extra dirt from playgrounds and used them to plant trees, which are now mature and provide shade for the public.
