Can a Suo Motto action be taken against the PM to fly his entire cabinet to London in a foreign country, to hold a meeting under the chairmanship of a convicted criminal to decide about the future of Our motherland. Can the Supreme Court give a ruling of the constitution that the national matters can not be discussed under the leadership of a criminal. Can the PM be indicted for incurring tax payers money of poor people of Pakistan with huge expenditure of flying, boarding, lodging , transportation and living expenditure? Are the courts not suppose to watch the interest of the country, it’s people and illegal activities, actions of the Govt? Can the minutes of the meeting be placed infront of the nation? The country is in serious economic , political and strategic crisis but our leaders who should be in the country are enjoying their lives and conspiring against the country on a foreign
soil?
We were told that courts remain open 24/7 in the national interest. Is this not a very important issue of the country? Stock Exchange is down with the worse figures, dollar is almost Rs 195 , prices have sky rocketed of the daily commodities, Hamza Sharif has already made millions in poultry, eggs, diary products. Electricity prices have been increased many times, where are the courts who were very quick to open courts even on holidays at mid night?
