The Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division, as resource person, delivering lecture on the powers and functions of Regional Directors, at the First in service training, arranged for promotion of Senior Public Prosecutors to the posts of Regional Directors, held in the Home and Tribal Affairs Department, Peshawar.

On this auspicious occasion of Pakistan's Independence Day, I extend my warmest greetings to all citizens, colleagues and law enforcement agencies and pay tribute to the martyrs of Bunyan Ul Marsoos.
As we celebrate our nation's freedom and sovereignty, let us reaffirm our commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice for all.
I pay tribute to the tireless efforts of our prosecution team, who work diligently to uphold the law and protect the rights of citizens.
Let us strive for a safer, more just society. May our nation continue to prosper and flourish.

Today, the Regional Director Prosecution Malakand Division inspected the office of DPP Dir Lower wherein record was examined minutely and necessary directions were issued. The issues faced by the DPP office were noted and would be resolved on priority basis. In the end, the Regional Director Malakand Division awarded certificates for securing conviction in GBV case.

Today, on 24th July, 2025, The Regional Director Prosecution Malakand Division visited the office of District Public Prosecutor Malakand. The office record was thoroughly examined and necessary directions were issued. The Regional Director also awarded appreciation certificates to the best performers is Sessions courts in 2nd quarter, 2025. Directions to enhance conviction ratio and early advice, tendered.

Today on 02.07.2025, The Regional Director Prosecution Malakand Division visited the sub-divisional courts at Matta, District Swat. met the concerned Public Prosecutors and Judicial Officers, the Prosecutors highlighted their issues. Directions for enhancing conviction ratio and case management, tendered. The Judiciary showed full support and satisfaction from Prosecution.

A meeting with the Team of Prosecutors and Inquiry Officer, in a high profile case, held under the Chair of Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division, today on 26.6.2025, wherein, all factual and legal aspects of the case, were discussed in details and necessary directions tendered.

Today, on 4th June, 2025, worthy Regional Director Prosecution Malakand Division met the Commissioner Malakand Division, who warmly welcomed the Regional Director Prosecution to the Division and added that his tenure as Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division will be a wonderful experience. Thereafter, both the officers discussed the issues of Prosecution and Executive Magistrates comprehensively. The Commissioner Malakand Division requested for arranging workshops in entire Division generally and in District Malakand particularly to which The Regional Director Prosecution Malakand Division, responded affirmatively.
The Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division discussed that teamwork and coordination is key to success. The prime objective is to provide swift and accessible justice to the public. The Commissioner Malakand Division extended support at every level to the Prosecution and appreciated the vision of Regional Director Prosecution, Malakand Division.
