Beyond the Christmas trees,
the lights,
the matching pajamas,
and all the beautiful bubbling that comes with the season,
I hope your life is truly full of the Reason for the season.

There’s something sobering about celebrating the birthday of someone
we’ve never taken time to truly know,
never sat with,
never built a relationship with.

Jesus is not just the headline of Christmas;
He is its heart.
His coming was not ceremonial, it was salvific.
He stepped into time to rescue us from destruction
and to invite us into true life.

If you don’t yet know Him,
or you have questions about who He is,
what He came to do,
or what it truly means to walk with Him,
I’m just a DM away.

Let’s talk about the One whose birthday we celebrate,
so your celebration is not just observed,
but personally counted.

Merry Christmas,
from my family to yours. ✨

As I reflect (I’m still unpacking) on the love shown to me for my birthday, the messages that came before the day, the surprises on the day itself, and the continued outpouring afterward, I honestly became so emotional. I have no words to truly express my gratitude for the massive love I received.

I see your hearts. I feel your love. And I am deeply thankful to God for blessing me with each of you. From the kind gestures to the thoughtful gifts, the alerts, the prayers, and the words of encouragement, I am overwhelmed in the best possible way. My heart is full. 💖

When I couldn’t find the right words to express my appreciation, I turned to what I know best, prayer. Here is the scripture I am stewarding before God on behalf of everyone who poured their love on me:

𝐏𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝟐𝟎:𝟏–𝟒
“May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble;
May the name of the God of Jacob defend you.
May He send you help from the sanctuary,
And strengthen you out of Zion.
May He remember all your offerings
And accept your burnt sacrifice.
May He grant you according to your heart’s desire
And fulfill all your purpose.”

Dear Abba,

Thank You for loving me so visibly through people,
for surrounding me with hearts that give, serve, and care for me with such ease,
as though You whispered my name into their spirits and said, “She’s Mine; look after her.”

I see Your fingerprints in every gesture of kindness,
in every message sent at just the right time,
in every door that opened through another’s hand.
You’ve made me a magnet for love I did not earn,
for generosity I did not solicit,
for help that found me before I even prayed for it.

Lord, I know it is You who stirs hearts in my direction.
You’ve proven again and again that favour isn’t random,
it’s Your way of saying, “I see you.”

Thank You for the ones who love me without striving,
who celebrate me without jealousy,
who serve alongside me with pure hearts.
Thank You for those who give not out of duty, but delight,
for those who pour into me as though it’s their own joy to do so.

When I count my blessings, I count names.
I can’t even begin to mention them all,
because every soul You’ve sent has carried a piece of Your kindness.
No act of love has been small,
and I never want anyone You’ve used to touch my life to feel unseen.

So I stay in gratitude over them all,
for the ones who carried my dreams in prayer,
the ones who stood quietly behind the scenes,
and the ones who have been loud about their love.
They are Your gifts, wrapped in human form.

I do not take it lightly, Abba.
I know it’s Your love flowing through them,
Your favour giving me a family both in blood and beyond blood,
a community beyond proximity.

So today, I thank You
for love that finds me easily.
Especially this one You gave me is too special!

Abba, thank You for the hearts that lean toward me without resistance,
for the grace that makes me lovable, approachable, and remembered.
You’ve made me a woman surrounded by love, love that mirrors Yours in gentleness, patience, and strength.
And I know it’s all You.
Always You.

Many graces,
Many mercies,
Many miracles,
Many faithfulness,
Many chances I did not deserve,
Many times You came through quietly,
Many provisions I couldn’t have planned,
Many rescues that never made the headlines,
Many victories tucked inside what looked like loss,
Many healings wrapped in the fabric of ordinary days,
Many lessons taught with tenderness,
Many comforts for each unspoken ache,
Many voices You stirred to lift me when I almost gave up,
Many coverings I didn’t even know I needed,
Many reminders that I am never alone.

You’ve been the constant in my becoming,
The melody beneath my chaos,
The calm within my climb,
The steady whisper that says, “I’m still here.”

So today I call You again,
My God of Manys.
Because with You, there’s always more:
More love, more mercy, more light,
More help, more hope, more life,
More than I can ever name,
More than my words can hold.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑰 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖?

Why will I not love You, Lord?
What is it about You that is not to be loved?
You have written my life with mercy,
layer upon layer of grace,
so that even my beginning was a miracle in motion.

For how could a woman, already a mother to grown children,
one of them over twenty years old,
who thought she was done with childbearing
suddenly find herself being a mother again?
Just because I had to come.
You had a plan, Lord.
You were in it all the way.
From the very start, Your hand chose me.

You called me a wonder before anyone called me by name.
You surrounded my fragile years with strength,
and what could have ended me became proof of Your keeping power.
You have walked me through valleys that had no name,
and yet, every time, I came out with light on my face.
You have turned frailty into radiance,
and what could have been sorrow into songs of joy.

People look at me and see glow,
but I know, it is the reflection of Your faithfulness.
It is the shine that comes from being loved too deeply to be forgotten.
Your goodness rests on me like morning dew,
quiet, consistent, unexplainable.

How could I not love You, Lord?
You have been my keeper when I didn’t even know I needed keeping.
You have been my healer, my sustainer, my secret place of renewal.
Every breath, every new morning, every ounce of strength
is You, and nothing short of a miracle.

So, I’ll keep loving You, endlessly and openly.
Because everything about me carries Your signature,
the proof that mercy triumphs,
that grace still wins.

Dear Abba,

You’ve given me another year, and my heart bows in deep, trembling gratitude.
My heart overflows with thanksgiving,
You have been the rhythm in my breath,
the anchor in my storms,
the quiet strength that steadied me through seasons I didn’t think I’d survive..

You enlarged the ground beneath my feet so I would not slip
You made me sure-footed when the journey felt steep and uncertain
You stood up for me when I had no defense
You healed my body when pain whispered otherwise
You provided when I had no visible means of provision
You hid me when the rain of shame threatened
and in hiding me, You were preparing me because that is how you do Your things.

You had faith in me, even when I lost faith in myself.
You believed I would get it right, eventually.
And though I’m still on the journey,
I know that where I stand today is the proof of Your sure mercies,
the sure mercies of David, rewrote my story again and again.

Father, You’ve been my defender, my redeemer, my gentle teacher.
You’ve carried me through disappointments that once felt unbearable,
and turned them into altars of gratitude.
You’ve turned tears into oil, pain into wisdom,
and silence into a deeper knowing of Your heart.

Every birthday before now felt like a milestone.
But this one feels like a covenant, a renewal of my vow to love You more.
I’m not just thankful for life; I’m thankful for how You’ve preserved it.
For the unseen battles You fought, the doors You closed to protect me,
the people You sent at just the right time,
and the seasons You stretched me so I could grow into grace.

You are the reason I can stand tall today, healed, whole, hopeful.
You are the reason I can dream again without fear.
So today, I lift my hands, not to ask for more,
but to simply say, “Thank You.”

Thank You for trusting me with purpose.
Thank You for loving me through process.
Thank You for not letting my mistakes define me.
Thank You for the mercy that runs deep,
the mercy that never runs out.

This is my love letter to You, Lord.
May my life forever be a response to Your faithfulness.

Forever Yours,
Anuoluwapo 💖

Hello October! 🌸✨

With so much joy and excitement, I welcome the tenth month of the year, the month of my birth!

It’s truly been an eventful year, yet Grace, great Grace, has been my defence like never before. God, the great God, has been saving, helping, caring, and loving me every step of the way.

I step into this month with renewed strength and overflowing joy. The joy in my soul feels like butterflies, everywhere I look, I find reasons to be grateful!

So I declare: this is my season of enthronement, announcement, fresh opportunities, growth, and divine alignment. I embrace this month with gratitude and expectation.

Interestingly, October 1st is not just personal, it’s also collective. As Nigeria marks her Independence today 🇳🇬, my hope is that we, as individuals and as a nation, rise into our full potential, building with vision, unity, and purpose.

I believe that Nigeria, my land of birth, will take significant strides forward, flourishing in strength, unity, and hope.

So here’s to new beginnings, for me, for you, and for us as a nation.

Cheers to October! 🥂

My Meditation: Romans 1:17c (NLT) – “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

As believers, our faith is our lifeline. Whatever endangers our faith is targeting our lives. The subtle compromises, the wrong associations, the gossip—they’re all out to s***f life out of you. Careful! Don’t play with sin! Continue to fight the good fight of faith.

Tomorrow, we’re not just talking about success. We’re interrogating the unspoken rules that govern how we present it.

📌 Why do some wins feel too big to hide, yet too awkward to share?
📌 How do culture, gender, faith, and generation shape how we celebrate progress?
📌 What does it mean to shine with integrity, not for attention, but for impact?

This is not a showcase.
It’s not a motivational soundbite session.
It’s The Conversation That Matters.
