بيانات الموازنة العامة الربع الأول:

· بلغت إيرادات الربع الأول من عام 2026 نحو 37.8 مليار ريال، بانخفاض نسبته 23.5٪ مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق.


· بلغ اجمالي مصروفات الربع الأول من عام 2026 نحو 48.1 مليار ريال، بانخفاض نسبته 3.7٪ مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق.


· سجلت الموازنة العامة للدولة عجز قدره 10.3 مليار ريال خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026.

Public Budget for the First Quarter of 2026


· Total Revenues for the amounted to QR 37.8 bn, representing a decrease of 23.5% compared to the first quarter of 2025.


· Total Expenditure for the amounted to QR 48.1 bn, representing a decrease of 3.7% compared to the first quarter of 2025.


· The State Budget recorded a deficit of QR 10.3 bn in .

بيانات المناقصات والمزايدات الحكومية الربع الأول


· حققت أعمال المناقصات والمزايدات في الجهات الحكومية خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026 قيمة اجمالية قدرها 8.6 مليار ريال قطري.�
· سجلت قيمة التعاقدات مع الشركات الأجنبية 2.3 مليار ريال قطري في الربع الأول لعام 2026، ما يمثل ارتفاعاً بنسبة 53% مقارنة بذات الربع من العام الماضي.


· القطاعات الأربعة الأولى حسب مؤشر أعمال القطاعات خلال الربع الأول 2026.



Tenders and Auctions in Government Entities, The First Quarter 2026

· Government tenders and auctions in the first quarter of 2026 reached a total value of QAR 8.6 billion.

· Contracts awarded to foreign companies totalled QAR 2.3 billion in Q1 2026 a 53% increase compared to the same quarter last year.

· Top four sectors by the Sector Activity Index in the first quarter of 2026.

عقد اليوم اجتماع اللجنة الاقتصادية والمالية المشتركة التابعة للحوار الاستراتيجي القطري الفرنسي بدورته الرابعة، في مدينة باريس بالجمهورية الفرنسية. ترأس الجانب القطري خلال الاجتماع الدكتور سعود بن عبدالله العطية، وكيل الوزارة المساعد للشؤون الاقتصادية بوزارة المالية، وبمشاركة جهاز قطر للاستثمار وسفارة دولة قطر لدى الجمهورية الفرنسية. فيما ترأس الجانب الفرنسي السيد باول تيبول، رئيس الشؤون الثنائية، قسم تطوير الأعمال الدولية وجذب الاستثمارات بوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية والصناعة والسيادة الرقمية.
جرى خلال الاجتماع مناقشة مجالات التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين، على الصعيد المالي والاقتصادي. كما تم استعراض مجالات الاستثمار في القطاعات الاستراتيجية والأمن الغذائي ومجالات الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص والتعاون في القطاع الرقمي.

The fourth session of the Joint Economic and Financial Committee, under the framework of the Qatar-France Strategic Joint Economic and Financial Dialogue, was held today in Paris, French Republic. The Qatari side was chaired by Dr Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, with the participation of the Qatar Investment Authority and the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the French Republic. while the French side was chaired by Mr Paul Teboul, Head of Bilateral Affairs, International Business Development and Investment Attraction Department at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation in the financial and economic fields. The meeting also reviewed investment opportunities in strategic sectors and food security, in addition to areas of partnership between the public and private sectors and cooperation in the digital sector.

شارك وفد وزارة المالية برئاسة سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، اليوم في الجلسة الافتتاحية لمؤتمر "لا أموال للإرهاب" بنسخته الخامسة. الذي يعقد في مدينة باريس بالجمهورية الفرنسية.
وخلال الجلسة الافتتاحية، أكد سعادة وزير المالية دعم دولة قطر للجهود الدولية الرامية إلى مكافحة تمويل الإرهاب وتعزيز نزاهة النظام المالي العالمي، مشددًا على أهمية تطوير آليات التعاون الدولي ومواكبة التحديات الناشئة المرتبطة بالأصول الافتراضية والتقنيات الحديثة.

The Ministry of Finance delegation, headed by His Excellency Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, participated today in the opening session of the fifth edition of the “No Money for Terror” conference, held in Paris, French Republic
During the opening session, His Excellency the Minister of Finance reaffirmed the State of Qatar’s support for international efforts aimed at combating terrorist financing and strengthening the integrity of the global financial system, stressing the importance of advancing international cooperation mechanisms and addressing emerging challenges associated with virtual assets and modern technologies.

اجتمع سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، مع سعادة السيد سكوت بيسنت، وزير الخزانة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وذلك خلال زيارته إلى الجمهورية الفرنسية.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض مجموعة من الموضوعات المالية والاقتصادية، إلى جانب بحث تطورات الأوضاع الراهنة على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، والتحديات المرتبطة بها، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بالقضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك بين البلدين.

HE Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari Minister of Finance met with, HE Mr Scott Bessent, Secretary of the Treasury of the United State of America. During his visit to the French Republic.
During the meeting, a range of financial and economic issues was reviewed, in addition to discussing current regional and international developments and the associated challenges, particularly those related to matters of mutual interest between the two countries.

HE Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, met with HE Mr Roland Lescure, Minister of the Economy, Finance, Industry and Digital Sovereignty of the French Republic.
During the meeting, the most prominent topics of importance to both countries were discussed, especially in the economic and financial fields, in addition to exploring the best ways and strategies to enhance cooperative endeavours between the two countries.

شارك سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، في اجتماع مجموعة الدول السبع (G7) بعنوان «الوضع الاقتصادي العالمي» ، وذلك على هامش الاجتماعات المنعقدة في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس.
وناقش الاجتماع مستجدات الوضع الاقتصادي العالمي، والتحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد الدولي، إضافة إلى سبل تعزيز التعاون الدولي بما يدعم الاستقرار المالي وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستدام.

His Excellency Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, participated in the G7 meeting entitled “The Global Economic Situation”, held on the sidelines of the meetings taking place in Paris, French Republic.
The meeting discussed developments in the global economic situation and the challenges facing the international economy, in addition to ways to strengthen international cooperation in support of financial stability and sustainable economic growth.

اجتمع سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس، مع رؤساء كبرى الشركات الفرنسية الأعضاء في الرابطة الاقتصادية القطرية – الفرنسية «كادران»، وذلك خلال طاولة مستديرة نظمتها سفارة دولة قطر لدى الجمهورية الفرنسية.
وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تعزيز إطار التعاون المشترك وتوطيد العلاقات الثنائية بين دولة قطر والجمهورية الفرنسية، إلى جانب استعراض أبرز الفرص الاستثمارية والتطورات الاقتصادية ذات الاهتمام المشترك. كما تناول اللقاء أهمية تعزيز الشراكات الاقتصادية بين الجانبين، بما يسهم في دعم الاستثمارات وتوسيع آفاق التعاون بين المؤسسات القطرية والفرنسية.

HE Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, met in the French capital, Paris, with chief executives of major French companies that are members of the Qatar–France Economic Association “Qadran”, during a roundtable organised by the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the French Republic.
During the meeting, discussions focused on ways to strengthen the framework of joint cooperation and further consolidate bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the French Republic, in addition to reviewing key investment opportunities and economic developments of mutual interest. The meeting also addressed the importance of enhancing economic partnerships between both sides in a manner that supports investment growth and broadens prospects for cooperation between Qatari and French institutions.
