تفخر غرفة التجارة الدولية قطر بالمشاركة في أسبوع 2026، الذي سيُقام في باريس خلال الفترة من 8 إلى 12 يونيو 2026، بمشاركة شبكة غرفة التجارة الدولية العالمية، واللجان الوطنية، وقادة الأعمال، وصنّاع القرار من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

ويتضمن الحدث جلسات استراتيجية تناقش مستقبل التجارة العالمية، والحوكمة، والابتكار، والتحول الرقمي، والاستدامة، والتعاون الدولي، إلى جانب تعزيز التعاون بين أعضاء شبكة ICCودعم الشركات في مواجهة التحديات العالمية المتسارعة.

The ICC Executive Board has officially approved the revised ICC Rules of Arbitration, which will enter into force on January 1, 2026.

The updated rules aim to further strengthen ICC Arbitration as a modern, efficient, and trusted framework for international dispute resolution, while addressing the evolving needs of global business and cross-border trade.

The revisions focus on enhancing procedural efficiency, transparency, flexibility, and the overall effectiveness of arbitration proceedings in an increasingly complex global environment.

وافقت اللجنة التنفيذية لغرفة التجارة الدولية رسميًا على النسخة المحدّثة من قواعد التحكيم التابعة لـ ICC، والتي ستدخل حيّز التنفيذ اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2026.

وتهدف القواعد الجديدة إلى تعزيز مكانة ICC Arbitration كإطار حديث وفعّال وموثوق لتسوية النزاعات التجارية الدولية، بما يواكب المتغيرات المتسارعة في بيئة الأعمال والتجارة العابرة للحدود.

وتركّز التعديلات على تعزيز الكفاءة الإجرائية، والشفافية، والمرونة، ورفع فعالية إجراءات التحكيم في ظل بيئة اقتصادية عالمية أكثر تعقيدًا.
