⁨ بموجب القرار الأميري رقم (25) لسنة 2026 الصادر عن حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى “حفظه الله”، ترحب الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري بسعادة السيد محمد بن حسن المالكي رئيسا لها .

ونسأل الله له التوفيق والسداد في قيادة مسيرة الهيئة، ودعم جهود تطوير وتنظيم القطاع العقاري بما يسهم في تعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في دولة قطر.

Pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (25) of 2026, issued by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, “May God protect him,” the Real Estate Regulatory Authority welcomes H.E. Mr. Mohammed bin Hassan Al Malki as President of the Authority.

We wish him success and guidance in leading the Authority’s journey and supporting the development and regulation of the real estate sector in a manner that enhances the investment environment and contributes to achieving Qatar’s sustainable development goals.⁩

مؤشرات إيجابية خلال أبريل 2026 تعكس استمرار النمو والزخم في السوق العقاري، بما يؤكد حيوية القطاع وتواصل نشاطه خلال الفترة الأخيرة.

April 2026 recorded the highest value and number of sales transactions over the past five years, reflecting continued momentum and an overall improvement in real estate market activity.

اجتمع سعادة المهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري – عُقارات، مع سعادة المهندس لؤي بن محمد الناهض، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ صندوق التنمية العقارية، بمدينة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتبادل الخبرات في القطاع العقاري.

وناقش الاجتماع سبل تعزيز التعاون بين الجانبين في مجالات التمويل والتنمية العقارية، إلى جانب استعراض أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بدعم القطاع العقاري ورفع كفاءته، بما يسهم في دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية في كلٍ من دولة قطر والمملكة العربية السعودية.

ويأتي هذا الاجتماع تأكيدًا على حرص الجانبين على توسيع مجالات التعاون وتبادل الخبرات، بما يدعم نمو القطاع العقاري ويعزز التكامل بين المؤسسات العقارية في البلدين الشقيقين.

H.E Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat, met with H.E Eng. Loaye bin Mohammed Al Nahedh, CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen joint cooperation and exchange expertise in the real estate sector.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance collaboration in the fields of real estate financing and development, in addition to reviewing best practices related to supporting the real estate sector and improving its efficiency, contributing to sustainable development and strengthening the investment environment in both the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting reflects the mutual commitment of both parties to expanding areas of cooperation and exchanging expertise in a manner that supports the growth of the real estate sector and enhances integration between real estate institutions in the two brotherly countries.

اجتمع سعادة المهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري – عقارات، مع سعادة المهندس عبدالله بن سعود الحماد، الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للعقار بمدينة الرياض، في المملكة العربية السعودية في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتفعيل مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين الجانبين.

وناقش الاجتماع سبل تطوير الشراكة وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات التطوير العقاري والتنظيم، إلى جانب بحث أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالحوكمة العقارية وفتح آفاق التحول الرقمي، بما يسهم في دعم القطاع العقاري وتعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية في كلٍ من دولة قطر و المملكة العربية السعودية.

H.E Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat, met with H.E Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad, CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as part of efforts to strengthen joint cooperation and activate the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two parties.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further develop the partnership and exchange expertise in the fields of real estate development and regulation, in addition to reviewing best practices related to real estate governance and exploring opportunities for digital transformation, in a manner that supports the real estate sector and enhances the investment environment in both the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthening integration and joint cooperation, supporting the growth of the real estate sector, and promoting the exchange of expertise between the two entities.

يشهد القطاع العقاري في قطر نموًا متواصلًا وثقة متزايدة، مع استمرار ارتفاع معاملات البيع رغم التحديات، مما يعكس قوة السوق واستدامته.

Qatar’s real estate sector continues to grow with rising confidence, as property sales maintain an upward trend despite challenges, reflecting a strong and sustainable market.

في إطار تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي والاطلاع على أبرز الممارسات الوطنية في حفظ وإدارة الوثائق، قام سعادة المهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري – عقارات، بزيارة إلى دار الوثائق القطرية، حيث كان في استقباله الدكتور أحمد بن عبدالله البوعينين، الأمين العام لدار الوثائق القطرية.

كما تضمنت الزيارة جولة تعريفية في مكتبة ومعرض الدار، اطّلع خلالها سعادته على مجموعة من الوثائق والمحفوظات التاريخية التي تعكس عمق الإرث الوطني، إلى جانب جهود الدار في صون الذاكرة الوطنية وتطوير منظومة الأرشفة وإدارة الوثائق وفق أحدث المعايير والممارسات.

As part of efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and explore national best practices in document preservation and management, H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat, visited the Qatar National Archives, where he was received by Dr. Ahmad Abdulla Al-Buenain, Secretary-General of National Archives of Qatar.

The visit included a guided tour of the Archives’ library and exhibition, during which H.E reviewed a collection of historical documents and records reflecting the depth of the national heritage, in addition to the institution’s efforts in safeguarding the national memory, developing archiving and records management systems in line with the latest standards and practices.

اجتمع سعادة المهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري - عقارات، مع السيد عبدالله محمد الأنصاري، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ بورصة قطر، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك وبحث المبادرات الداعمة لتطوير القطاع العقاري والاستثماري في دولة قطر.

وناقش الاجتماع عدداً من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، أبرزها مقترح إنشاء بورصة عقارية، ودراسة نموذج التعاون المؤسسي المناسب بين الجانبين، بما يسهم في تطوير آليات الاستثمار العقاري وتعزيز كفاءة السوق.

H.E Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority - Aqarat, met with Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ansari, CEO of the Qatar Stock Exchange, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and discuss initiatives supporting the development of Qatar’s real estate and investment sectors.

The meeting addressed several topics of mutual interest, most notably the proposal to establish a real estate exchange and explore the appropriate institutional cooperation model between both parties, contributing to the advancement of real estate investment mechanisms and enhancing market efficiency.

اجتمع سعادة المهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري - عقارات، مع سعادة السيد نيراف باتيل، سفير المملكة المتحدة لدى دولة قطر، وذلك لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجال القطاع العقاري، وتبادل الخبرات بما يسهم في دعم البيئة الاستثمارية وتطوير القطاع العقاري في البلدين.

Khalid bin Ahmad Al Obaidli,president of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority - Aqarat, met with H.E Mr. Neerav Patel, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the state of Qatar, to discuss ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the real estate sector and exchanging expertise in a manner that supports the investment environment and contributes to the development of the real estate sector in both countries.

مقابل حضور محدود للفئات منخفضة القيمة، ما يعكس توجّهًا نحو استثمارات أعلى.

The Qatari real estate market is witnessing notable activity, with a clear concentration in mid-value segments,
while lower-value segments show limited presence—reflecting a shift toward higher-value investments.

مثّل ملتقى الوسطاء العقاريين الثاني منصة مهمة لتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز الحوار المهني، بما يسهم في تطوير قطاع الوساطة العقارية ورفع كفاءة الممارسات المهنية، ودعم مبادئ الشفافية والمصداقية في السوق العقاري.

The Second Real Estate Brokers Forum served as an important platform for exchanging expertise and strengthening professional dialogue, contributing to the development of the real estate brokerage sector, enhancing the efficiency of professional practices, and supporting the principles of transparency and credibility in the real estate market.
