4pm island mangrove tour - we will set off in the cooler evenings and after an introduction, safety briefing and short paddling instruction paddle to the nearby island. We will break briefly on the deserted island beach and take some refreshments and then explore the island mangrove forest by kayak and see various nesting wading birds and sea-life. As the sun is setting, we will paddle pack to the beach and enjoy the amazing sunset over the mangrove forest and desert.
The evening weather on the water is very pleasant and the trip is relaxing and suitable for all.
Each trip lasts approximately 2.5 hours and includes a certified instructor for Kayak briefing, a guided tour, all your equipment and free refreshments (water and juices)

رحلة المانجروف 4 عصرا – تنطلق الرحلة بعد مقدمه تعرفيه من طاقم التدريب وتعليمات السلامة وكيفيه التجديف وبعدها ننتجه الي شاطئ الجزيرة المهجور ونأخذ بعض المرطبات ثم نستكشف غابة المانجروف بالجزيرة بواسطة قوارب الكاياك ونرى مختلف الطيور والحياة البحرية. مع الاستمتاع بغروب الشمس المذهل فوق غابات المانجروف والصحراء.
الطقس المسائي على الماء لطيف للغاية بجد والرحلة مريحة ومناسبة للجميع.
تستغرق كل رحلة حوالي 2.5 ساعة وتشمل جولة بصحبة مرشد ، وجميع معداتك ومرطبات مجانية (ماء وعصائر)

· Private Class – morning (schedule TBD upon registration, per available time-slots)
· Sun/Tue – Kids ages 4 y/o above – between 2:00 – 6:00 pm (depending on levels) Adults 6:30 – 8:00 pm
· Mon/Wed/Thu - Kids ages 4 y/o above – between 2:00 – 6:00 pm (depending on levels) Adults 6:30 – 8:00 pm
· Sat - Kids ages 4 y/o above – between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 2:30 -6:30 pm (depending on levels)

FQ Aquatics have now partnered up with Doha Dolphins. We will be offering a full swimming schedule for children and adults at our West Bay location.

Greetings to all of you our Term 2 swimming program Starting date has been adjust due of the weather conditions in the afternoon we will start on Jan. 18, 2015 up to April 11, 2015 its still a 12 weeks program. we will having a swimming assessment on Jan. 10 2015 at 9am kindly send us an email at swimming@fitnessqatar for your conformation of your swimming assessment . thank you

The new term of FQ Aquatics starts in early January 2015 for adults and children.

Classes are every weekday afternoon and evening and held at the StrongBox gym in Al Jazi Gardens, West Bay. The pool is large and heated and the class sizes are small for close instructor attention.

Swimming lessons fro adults and children continue at Qatar Aquatics in Al Jazi Gardens, West Bay every weekday from 2pm.

Our adult and our children's swimming programmes are now underway at Qatar Aquatics in West Bay. However, we are still conducting swimming assessments everyday except Friday and Saturday.
