Greetings Gentlemen,
Here's the list of traffic violation and the penalty as per Saudi Traffic Department. The management advises you to drive safely in order to avoid any penalty as well as inconvenience.
Subject: NATIONAL HOLIDAY
In observation of Saudi Arabia National Holiday, the management wishes to inform everyone that September 23, 2014 (Tuesday) will be a “Non Working Day".
Therefore, all works will resume on September 24, 2014 corresponding “Wednesday”.
Please be guided by the schedule accordingly.
Subject : EXTENDING PERIOD ON THE TICKET
Please note that, if anybody extends the vacation period on the travel ticket without any permission taken from the office, he will be penalized by One Month Salary deduction without any exception.

Subject : EMERGENCY LEAVE
The management has observed for a long time that there are some tendencies going on to some employees who are coming to the management and asking for emergency leave. This situation is becoming worse in every month. The persons who are seeking for unnecessary and unscheduled leave should recall the fact that the company has brought them here for work. Any unscheduled leave is delaying company’s work schedule which is unwanted.
Therefore, the management hereby informing you that from now on, the company will not grant any unnecessary emergency leave request. Emergency leave request will be granted only when the emergency leave seeker can provide sufficient proof against his request. Besides, in such case, the leave will be granted for a period of maximum 10 days. The normal vacation request will only be granted after finishing the contract period. Furthermore, no personnel is allowed to book any ticket for himself before his vacation is sanctioned by our Abqaiq Office.
Thus, the company is advising you all for not asking any unnecessary emergency leave.

• Construction of new drum foundation
• Concrete demolition and installation work
• Excavation and backfilling of pipelines and cables
• Repair of damage foundations
• Other various related works to S.A. Pipeline maintenances.
