2022 yılında Sayın Emine Erdoğan Hanımefendi’nin öncülüğünde ilan edilen ve bu yıl beşincisi "Bir Sofrada Miras" temasıyla düzenlenecek Türk Mutfağı Haftası, ortak mutfak mirasımıza işlenmiş hikâyeleri, hatıraları, kültürü, gelenekleri ve birikimi öne çıkarmaktadır.

Bu yılın teması, Türk mutfağını yalnızca yemeklerden ibaret bir yapı olarak değil, yüzyıllar boyunca göçler, ritüeller, imece ruhu ve köklü sofra gelenekleriyle yoğrulmuş, canlı bir ortak kültürel miras olarak yeniden tanımlamaktadır.

Binyılları aşan kültür, gelenek, toplumsal miras, hikâye ve derin bir tecrübenin eseri olan zengin Türk Mutfağı, eşsiz serüvenini dünya ile paylaşmaya devam ediyor.

Bu yılın seçkisi, hem kültürel zenginliği hem mutfak ustalığını yansıtan yemeklerden oluşmaktadır.

Launched in 2022 under the auspices of First Lady Emine Erdoğan, and now in its fifth year with the theme "The Heritage Table," Turkish Cuisine Week highlights the stories, memories, culture, traditions and accumulated knowledge woven into our shared culinary heritage.

This year's theme redefines Turkish cuisine not merely as a collection of dishes, but as a vibrant shared cultural heritage forged over centuries through migrations, rituals, the spirit of cooperation and deeply rooted table traditions.

A product of millennia of culture, tradition, social heritage, storytelling and profound experience, the Turkish cuisine continues to share its rich and unique journey with the world.

This year's selection consists of dishes that reflect both cultural richness and culinary mastery.
