ننفذ أعمال تركيب مواسير النحاس (Copper Pipes) الخاصة بأنظمة التكييف، مع تركيب الكفر بايب وفق أعلى المعايير الفنية المعتمدة، وضمان التمديد السليم والمسارات الصحيحة.

كما تم تنفيذ اختبارات الضغط والتهريب للتأكد من سلامة المواسير وجاهزيتها للتشغيل قبل الإغلاق.

وشملت الأعمال أيضًا:
✔️ تركيب الدكت (Ducting Works)
✔️ تنفيذ العزل الحراري للدكت باستخدام مواد معتمدة
✔️ إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة لضمان كفاءة العزل وعدم وجود فاقد هواء

مطلوب مهندس مكتب فني MEP

تعلن شركة مقاولات عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مكتب فني MEP للعمل بالمكتب الفني، وفق الشروط التالية:

الشروط الأساسية:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال المكتب الفني.
• أي CV بخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات سيتم رفضه مباشرة دون استثناء.
• إجادة إعداد المخططات التنفيذية، حصر الكميات، المستخلصات، وعروض الأسعار.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة شرط أساسي ومهم جدًا.
• الاستعداد لـ السفر والعمل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

Vacancy: 3 Technical Office Engineers – Project Cost Estimation

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit accurate project cost estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to provide precise pricing.
• Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to ensure proposals meet technical requirements and project timelines.
• Develop project schedules and budgets related to cost estimation.
• Monitor and update material and equipment costs to maintain competitive pricing.
• Prepare regular reports to management on the status of submitted proposals and potential projects.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role, preferably in MEP or mechanical projects.
• Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and cost estimation tools including Excel.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand system and equipment details.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet proposal deadlines.
• Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia (Kafala transfer required).
