Activity is performed in all the branches and distribution outlets using a fleet of vehicles that transport goods and provide customer service to over 2000 clients. The branches are managed and operated by a large number of experts, staff and marketers as well as technicians specialized in electronics equipment and hardware. Some of the achievements of which RIMTH is proud of are the investment of a large part of its capital in the building and design of all kinds of maintenance centers that are equipped with state of the art equipment and staffed with engineers and specialized technicians to provide customer service. This maintenance grew to become an important and complementary part of sale and marketing. Specialized technical maintenance gives the client a feeling of full confidence of the product and encourages him to give the consumer appropriate warranty. Another activity was added to RIMTH'S domain, namely hotel services .. and luxury furnished Apartments In the development of tourist regions of the Kingdom and in accordance to the policy of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques aimed at promotion of tourism within. RIMTH has incorporated in its plans and programs the construction and operation of a number of hotel services with international standards (five star hotels). In this respect, RIMTH has directed a part of its activity for several years, towards the construction of a number of hotel projects, some of which were completed and others are still in progress and are expected to be completed near future . For the future, RIMTH is currently inspecting some sites in Makkah, Al-qasim, Khamis, Mushait, Dammam and AI-Khobar to select the best and nicest suited locations for its projects.
