يتواصل العمل مع طلاب الشهادة السودانية إستعداداً للإمتحانات حيث تناول الطلاب جزءاً كبيراً من المواد الأساسية، ولم يكن العمل منهجياً فقط، بل شمل جوانب عديدة كتعزيز الفهم الأكاديمي وزيادة التركيز وتبادل المعرفة بين الطلاب وتخفيف الضغط النفسي وتنمية المهارات الدراسية وبناء العلاقات الإجتماعية



‏The work continues with the students of the Sudanese certificate in preparation for the exams, where the students dealt with a large part of the basic subjects, and the work was not only systematic, but also included many aspects such as promoting academic understanding, increasing concentration and exchanging knowledge among students, relieving psychological stress, developing study skills and building social relationships

إلى الشعب السوداني العظيم،

تتقدم جمعية "خذ بيدي" بأحر التهاني وأطيب التمنيات بمناسبة عيد الاستقلال المجيد. إنه يوم يذكّرنا جميعًا بتضحيات آبائنا وأجدادنا الذين صنعوا بدمائهم وأحلامهم سنوات من النضال من أجل حرية بلادنا.

في هذا اليوم التاريخي، نتأمل جميعاً في المشوار الطويل الذي قطعناه كأمة، من أجل تحقيق الحلم في وطنٍ كريم آمن ومستقر. إنّ استقلالنا ليس مجرد ذكرى، بل هو عهدٌ جديد، يعكس إصرارنا على الانطلاق نحو مستقبل أفضل، حيث يمكن لكل فردٍ في هذا الوطن أن يعبر عن رأيه ويعيش بكرامة.

إننا ندعو الشعب السوداني بكل مكوناته إلى تعزيز الروابط الأخوية والتضامن، لنعمل معاً من أجل بناء سودانٍ جديد قادر على مواجهة التحديات. إن وحدتنا وتعاوننا ورؤيتنا المشتركة ستقودنا إلى مستقبلٍ زاهرٍ نعتز به، حيث نزرع الأمل ونجني ثمار العمل الجاد.

‏To the great Sudanese people,

‏The "Take My Hand" Association extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of Independence Day. This is a day that reminds us all of the sacrifices made by our fathers and grandfathers who, through their blood and dreams, forged years of struggle for the freedom of our country.

‏On this historic day, we reflect on the long journey we have traveled as a nation, in pursuit of the dream of a dignified, safe, and stable homeland. Our independence is not merely a memory; it is a new promise that reflects our determination to stride toward a better future, where every individual in this homeland can express their opinion and live with dignity.

‏We call upon the Sudanese people, in all their diversity, to strengthen bonds of brotherhood and solidarity, so that we may work together to build a new Sudan capable of facing challenges. Our unity, cooperation, and shared vision will lead us to a prosperous future that we cherish, where we sow hope and reap the fruits of hard work.

ستقوم جمعية خذ بيدي بتنظيم معسكر خاص لطلاب الشهادة السودانية بالتعاون مع مركز تدريب الشباب ومنتديات السلام الجوالة، وهو فرصة قيمة لمراجعة المناهج الدراسية بشكل مكثف.

فيما سيساعد هذا العمل ؟

1. تعزيز الفهم الأكاديمي: سيوفر المعسكر بيئة مناسبة ومشجعة لمراجعة الدروس والفهم العميق للمواد الدراسية.

2. زيادة التركيز والاستعداد: سيساعد الطلاب على تحسين تركيزهم واستعدادهم للإمتحانات من خلال توفير مواد دراسية منظمة وجلسات مراجعة موجهة.

3. تبادل المعرفة: سيتاح للطلاب فرصة تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات مع زملائهم والمعلمين، مما يعزز الفهم الجماعي ويشجع التعلم التفاعلي.

4. تخفيف الضغط النفسي: بوجود دعم ومشورة من المعلمين والزملاء، سيتمكن الطلاب من تقليل التوتر والقلق المرتبط بفترة الامتحانات.

5. تنمية المهارات الدراسية: سيتعلم الطلاب استراتيجيات جديدة للدراسة والمراجعة، مما يعزز من كفاءتهم في تنظيم الوقت والتحضير.

6. بناء علاقات اجتماعية: سيساعد المعسكر الطلاب على بناء صداقات جديدة وتعزيز الروابط بينهم، مما يساهم في خلق بيئة دراسية إيجابية.

ندعوا جميع الطلاب للتسجيل والمشاركة في هذا المعسكر لتحقيق أقصى استفادة من هذه التجربة.

بالشراكة مع مبادرة دروب الأمل نفذت جمعية خذ بيدي جلسة توعوية تثقيفية عن الصحة بشكل عام وصحة الفم والاسنان بشكل خاص للوافدين بمركز صندلية الشيخ وكان ذلك في يوم الإثنين الموافق 24/6/2024 وقد تلقت هذه الجلسة التوعوية قبولاً واسع وإشادة جيدة من اللذين كانوا حضور في هذه الجلسة

الأهداف من هذه الجلسة :
1. زيادة الوعي بأهمية الحفاظ على صحة الفم والأسنان لتحسين الصحة العامة.
2. تعزيز معرفة الحضور بطرق الوقاية من مشاكل الأسنان مثل تسوس الأسنان والتهاب اللثة.
3. توضيح الأضرار الصحية المحتملة التي يمكن تسببها تجاهل العناية اللائقة بالفم.
4. تعريف الحضور بأفضل الممارسات للتغذية الصحية التي تعزز صحة الفم والأسنان.
5. تعريف الحضور بأهمية زيارة طبيب الأسنان بانتظام للكشف عن أي مشاكل مبكرًا.
6. تحفيز الحضور على تطبيق تقنيات فرشاة الأسنان الصحيحة لضمان نظافة الأسنان.
7. تعريف الحضور بأهمية التوقف عن التدخين وتعاطي التبغ لصحة الفم والأسنان.
8. تعزيز معرفة الحضور بتأثير العناية بالفم على الثقة بالنفس والمظهر الشخصي.
9. تشجيع الحضور على استخدام غسول الفم وخيط الأسنان كجزء من روتين العناية الشخصية اليومية.
10. تحفيز الحضور على نشر الوعي بأهمية العناية بصحة الفم بين أفراد المجتمع للحد من مشاكل الأسنان واللثة.




In partnership with the Paths of Hope initiative, Take My Hand Association carried out an educational awareness session on health in general and oral and dental health in particular for expatriates at the Sandaliya El.sheikh Center. Monday, 6/24/2024. This awareness session received wide acceptance and good praise from those who attended this event. session

Objectives of this session:
1. Increase awareness of the importance of maintaining oral and dental health to improve public health.
2. Enhancing attendees’ knowledge of ways to prevent dental problems such as tooth decay and gingivitis.
3. Explain the potential health harm that can be caused by neglecting proper oral care.
4. Introducing attendees to the best practices for healthy nutrition that enhance oral and dental health.
5. Informing attendees about the importance of visiting the dentist regularly to detect any problems early.
6. Motivate attendees to apply correct toothbrushing techniques to ensure dental hygiene.
7. Introducing attendees to the importance of stopping smoking and to***co use for oral and dental health.
8. Enhance attendees’ knowledge of the effect of oral care on self-confidence and personal appearance.
9. Encourage attendees to use mouthwash and dental floss as part of their daily personal care routine.
10. Motivate attendees to spread awareness of the importance of oral health care among community members to reduce teeth and gum problems.

بالشراكة مع جمعية أجنحة النيل نفذت جمعية خذ بيدي جلسة تفاكرية وكان ذلك مساء اليوم الموافق22/6/2024 وقد حثت الجلسة على أهمية المرأة ودورها في المجتمع ككل ومشاركة الأراء و الأفكار لمعالجة قضايا المرأة عامة وفي الجانب الأخر تناولنا قضية مهمة وهي التماسك الاجتماعي وتم طرح أفكار جيدة وجديدة لتعزيز الترابط في مجتمعنا




In partnership with the Nile Wings Association, Take My Hand Association carried out a reflection session. This was this evening, corresponding to June 22, 2024. The session urged the importance of women and their role in society as a whole, and the sharing of opinions and ideas to address women’s issues in general. On the other hand, we addressed an important issue, which is social cohesion, and ideas were presented. Good and fresh to enhance cohesion in our society

نفذت جمعية خذ بيدي بالشراكة مع جمعية إمباستو جداريتين في ميدان الرُصيرص العام وكان ذلك في يوم الخميس الموافق 13/6/2024 م .
الجدارية الأولى للمساهمة في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر والجدارية الثانية للمساهمة في تعزيز السلام بين أفراد المجتمع ، وساهم هذا العمل أيضاً في تفعيل دور الشباب نحو العمل الطوعي ولفتت الجداريتين أنظار أفراد المجتمع المارون بالطريق العام .

Take My Hand Association, in partnership with the Impasto Association, implemented two murals in Rusayris Public Square on Thursday, 6/13/2024 . The first mural was to contribute to reducing the phenomenon of bullying, and the second mural was to contribute to promoting peace among members of society. It also contributed to activating the role of youth towards volunteer work, and the two murals caught the attention of community members passing by on the public road.

Works at the port continue for the third day

توالت صباح الأحد الموافق 5/5/2024 اعمال الصيانة وتحسين الميناء البري (الرصيرص)
وقد شهد ذلك متابعة وحضور ميداني من المدير التنفيذي للمحافظة



September 5, 5/2024, maintenance and improvement of the land port (Al-Rasiris), this will saw its follow-up and a field presence from the Executive Director of the Governorate

بدأت جمعية خذ بيدي صباح الأربعاء ، الموافق 1/5/2024م بمشروع تأهيل الميناء البري لمحافظة الرُصيرص ، بدأً بإصحاح بيئي للميناء البري بشكل كامل وستواصل الجمعية هذا المشروع حتى يتم تأهيل الميناء بشكل كامل .

أهداف المشروع :
1. تحسين نوعية الهواء وخفض نسبة التلوث البيئي في المنطقة المحيطة بالميناء.
2. تعزيز الوعي بأهمية الحفاظ على البيئة والاستدامة بين السكان المحليين والعاملين في الميناء.
3. تحسين شكل ومظهر الميناء وجعله مكاناً أكثر جاذبية للسياح والمارة.
4. تعزيز الجهود في إعادة تدوير النفايات وتحسين إدارة المخلفات في الميناء.
5. تنظيم فعاليات وأنشطة بيئية لتشجيع المشاركة المجتمعية في الحفاظ على البيئة المحيطة بالميناء.
6. تطوير برامج توعية وتدريب للشباب والشبابات حول أهمية الحفاظ على البيئة وكيفية تحقيق الاستدامة.
7. تشجيع استخدام وسائل النقل البيئية في الميناء مثل الحافلات أو السيارات.

نشكر السيد محافظ محافظة الرُصيرص والسيد مدير تنفيذي المحافظة للمشاركة في اليوم الأول لهذا المشروع .

شكر خاص للسيد مُحافظ محافظة الرُصيرص للسماح لنا بالقيام بهذا المشروع الكبير ، ونشكر السيد مدير تنفيذي محافظة الرُصيرص على دعمه ومتابعته للعمل .



Take my hand Association began morning Wednesday, May 1, 2024 AD, the project to rehabilitate the land port of Rusayris Governorate, starting with the complete environmental remediation of the land port. The association will continue this project until the port is fully rehabilitated.

Project goals :
1. Improving air quality and reducing environmental pollution in the area surrounding the port.
2. Promote awareness of the importance of environmental preservation and sustainability among local residents and port workers.
3. Improving the look and feel of the port and making it a more attractive place for tourists and passers-by.
4. Strengthening efforts in waste recycling and improving waste management in the port.
5. Organizing environmental events and activities to encourage community participation in preserving the environment surrounding the port.
6. Develop awareness and training programs for young men and women about the importance of preserving the environment and how to achieve sustainability.
7. Encouraging the use of environmental means of transportation in the port, such as buses or cars.
