If Public Sector social cost is greater than public social benefits, this is hyper inflation.
This need production of new note or exchange rate percentage setting as it's in UK 2% and 1.5 % USA and good governance not reusing devalued note .
When public sector net borrowing is greater than De ,this need Gilts or Bonds to be released in to the market by government .
Leaders path to power wasn't smooth . Learn from King David of Israel and Joseph when they were descends to powers lead by Divine.
