When the weight of today feels too heavy to bear, it’s hard to imagine a different tomorrow.
For Farra*, the year-long journey towards stability began when she reached out to Allkin’s Family Service Centre, at a time when she had nowhere else to turn. Facing financial strain, unemployment, and caregiving responsibilities at home, she was overwhelmed - but still determined to hold things together for her children.
With steady support from her social worker, Syazana, Farra began taking small but meaningful steps forward. Today, Farra approaches life with greater confidence, self-acceptance, and hope for the future.
Her journey reminds us what becomes possible when families receive the support they need, when they need it most.
Funds raised through Rally For Good will enable Allkin to journey alongside more families through challenging seasons, so they too can find steadier ground and move forward with confidence.
