Support Singapore Through Covid-19 - SSTC

Hi All! I don’t normally call out for volunteers unless I believe in the work that organisation is doing .

For past 3 months I have been doing a project and also volunteering at Tak Takut Kids Club . The ground work they are doing needs committed and value aligned volunteers.

Some might just want to come to SHARE knowledge for example cooking , gardening or just reading with the children and that is okay.

Some might just wish to DO things like sharpening colour pencils, cleaning kitchen , weeding or watering and that is okay too.

Some might not be able to come down physically but have SKILLS like fundraising and getting sponsors to support the cause , we also welcome you as without financial support we can’t continue the work .

Just note the work is done in the west and operating hours is from 3-8pm on Tuesday to Friday and 2-6pm on Saturdays!

From art studio to kitchen to playground to garden, TTKC facilitates multiple spaces to build a happier and safer community life for children and youth in Boon Lay. As we deepen our work, we are looking for volunteers who would like to join the kampung family from August 2022.

Pls support this initiative where South Central Community Family Service Centre collaborates with social enterprise The Saturday Movement , work alongside community with home based business and support/lead grounds up food distributions.

Love this initiative done by Skye Yeo founder of Viral Kindness SG another person I got to know online .

It’s very interesting how I got close to people I never met . I thought it needs a face to face connection but I realise you can connect beyond that if you have the same passion.
