President of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina

👨‍⚖️The Republic of Vestina has taken a pivotal step toward strengthening justice. The President has signed Decree No. 56, appointing the first judges of the Justiauram — the highest judicial body of our country.

In his solemn address to the judges, the Head of State emphasized the immense responsibility resting on their shoulders. Being "the first" means more than just administering justice; it means laying the foundation of public trust in the law.

"Your mission is to become the living embodiment of justice. Remember that behind every decision you make stand the lives of people and the authority of the entire Republic of Vestina," the President noted.

👨‍⚖️Республика Вестина сделала важнейший шаг в укреплении правосудия. Президент подписал Указ №56, согласно которому назначены первые судьи Юстиаурама — высшего органа судебной власти нашей страны.

В своем торжественном обращении к судьям глава государства подчеркнул, что на их плечи ложится колоссальная ответственность. Быть «первыми» — значит не просто вершить суд, а закладывать фундамент доверия граждан к закону.

«Ваша миссия — стать живым воплощением справедливости. Помните, что за каждым вашим решением стоят судьбы людей и авторитет всей Республики Вестина», — отметил Президент.

Губернаторство юстиции инициировало масштабное обновление правовой базы республики. На публичное обсуждение вынесен проект Административного кодекса Республики Вестина — основополагающего документа, который определит правила ответственности за правонарушения в самых разных сферах жизни.

Что это значит для граждан?
Новый Кодекс — это не просто перечень штрафов. Это документ, который регулирует баланс между государственным контролем и правами жителей. В проекте детализированы меры ответственности за нарушение законодательства, актуализированы составы правонарушений и приведены в соответствие с современными реалиями механизмы защиты интересов граждан.

Общественное обсуждение — это реальный шанс повлиять на содержание закона до того, как он вступит в силу.

Прозрачность: Ознакомьтесь, за какие проступки предлагается вводить ответственность.
Справедливость: Оцените соразмерность наказаний правонарушениям.
Инициатива: Предложите правки или укажите на спорные моменты, которые могут затронуть ваш бизнес или повседневную жизнь.

Проект размещен в информационной системе «Гражданское участие». Мы призываем каждого не оставаться в стороне:

1. Перейдите на портал ИС «Гражданское участие» на сайте vestina.blog

2. Найдите проект Административного кодекса в разделе активных обсуждений.
3. Оставьте свои замечания, предложения или слова поддержки.

Каждый гражданин может официально обратиться к государственным органам: подать петицию, собрать подписи и добиться её рассмотрения на государственном уровне.

После одобрения — 30 дней на сбор подписей
Набрали 100 подписей — петиция передаётся в профильный орган

Петиция подаётся на государственном или английском языке. При подписании указывается email, зарегистрированный при получении гражданства — адрес сверяется автоматически.

Tavas is a national holiday of the Republic of Vestina, symbolizing the arrival of spring and rebirth, aimed at preserving and enriching the traditions of the Vestinian people.

The Governor of Culture of the Republic of Vestina has issued an Order approving the Digital Events Plan for the Tavas National Holiday celebration.

🌷Утверждён План цифровых мероприятий, приуроченных к празднованию Национального праздника Тавас.

Тавас — национальный праздник Республики Вестина, символизирующий приход весны, возрождения, направленный на сохранение и приумножение традиций вестинского народа.

Губернатор культуры Республики Вестина издал Приказ об утверждении Плана цифровых мероприятий, приуроченных к празднованию национального праздника Тавас.

The Public Register of Legal Acts has been launched in the Republic of Vestina — an important step in strengthening openness and legal transparency of the state.

From the moment of its launch, the Register will promptly publish new decrees, orders, and other subordinate legal acts. Existing laws of the Republic of Vestina will be gradually transferred to the Register as they are systematized and digitally processed.

At the initial stage, the Register is available in Russian. An English-language version is planned for the future, which will ensure convenient access to legal information for the international community and foreign observers.

The Public Register is intended to become a single official source of legal information, reinforcing the principles of democracy, the rule of law, and public trust in state institutions.

Vestina and the Bonkot Federation Strengthen Ties in the Digital Space

Today, the Republic of Vestina and the Bonkot Federation have officially established diplomatic relations, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two countries.

This agreement is aimed at:

— developing political dialogue and strengthening strategic partnership between the virtual states;
— promoting joint digital and investment projects;
— expanding cultural, educational, and technological exchange in the digital environment;
— establishing mechanisms for regular interaction on issues of global virtual cooperation and the management of digital platforms.

The President of Vestina noted that the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Bankot Republic opens new opportunities to expand Vestina’s international presence and strengthen its position within the global digital community.
