Times flies and we have entered into Q2 2022!!
As we maintain our 100% occupancy, we have many renewals at the current market rate as Cozzies continue to place their trust in us!
Thankful to all Cozzies who found great value with us as we take care of them like one big family. We have recently invested water purifiers (that are NSF certified) in a couple of units as we are looking to improve the water health that our Cozzies are getting=)
We are still in the process of building up our website. One where we showcase our rooms and new lifestyle products as we focus on holistic experience.

In a flash 2021 has flew by.

10 days into the new year.
