On the 19th of October 2024, Uima Singapore Uima joined forces with Pagar Malay Activities Executive Committee (TPMAEC) and Project Hills to bring for "Kampung Connect".
An initiative that brought residents from the Bukit Merah and Lengkok Bahru rental estates together and provided them with various opportunities to tap on for their good.
Many community partners came on-board such as Yayasan Mendaki, Masjid Wak Tanjong, Bukit Merah SSO, Queenstown SSO, IHLs, Temasek Foundation and more!
Residents enjoyed free eye-screenings, medical check-ups and counseling, zumba sessions, a fireside Chat for Youths, free groceries, Games and Buffet Lunch!
We hope such initiatives will rally residents together and provide them with more awareness of the assistance available for them!
