1. Myanmar Mule - A Unique Blend of Arabica and Robusta. To date all our coffees were either single origin, or single farm. While these products have been wildly popular, we also received feedback from some of you that you would like even more 'kick' from your favourite coffee!Our Myanmar Mule blend as a result, containing 20% caffeine loaded Robusta and 80% Pwin Oo Lwin Organic beans...darkly roasted. (recommended for French Press)

2. Pyin Oo Lwin Organic Certified Organic Single Origin Arabica This organic coffee producer is situated at the heart of Pyin Oo Lwin Township. The farm sits on 100 acres and is 1100 meters above sea level. It has been in operation since 2012. The primary species cultivated is S-795, along with a small number of rare Yellow Bourbon bushes. The master processor, Ting Ting, is a young woman full of entrepreneurial spirit. We were impressed by her high-quality standards and energy when we met her on her farm in 2020. Her Dad owns the farm.
Process: Dry Natural
Elevation: 1100-1200 meters
Region: Shan State
Country: Myanmar
Tasting Notes: Red tea, coffee cherry-like,peanut butter,nutty, malty
Roast: Dark
3. Award-winning specialty coffee from Ywar Ngan, southern Shan State. Elevation 1200-2200 meters. This coffee won 4th place during the 6th Myanmar National Coffee Cupping Competition, organized by Myanmar Coffee Association in March 2020.
Process: Dry Natural
Tasting Notes: Fruity, nutty, chocolaty
Elevation: 1200-2200 meters
Roast: Medium or Dark. You choose!

Our website (https://dyomacoffee.com/) will be accepting orders for medium and espresso roasts for this new batch from tomorrow (21st October) at 6 pm onwards.
We will be roasting again in the next week or two with the same consignment, so don't worry if this batch runs out soon like it usually does!
