The Lifelong Learning Council (LLC) is a community-led council that was appointed by the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), and supported by SkillsFuture Singapore. Made up of leaders from both the private and public sectors, the council aims to inspire and drive community-led initiatives in promoting lifelong learning. The council also fosters partnerships by integrating efforts across communities, employers, unions, education and training providers, trade associations and the Government, to make learning more pervasive in Singapore.
