⚠️They may pose as ticket sellers and lure victims to pay for tickets that they won’t deliver.

⚠️They may also sell invalid tickets that victims realise only when they are denied entry at the concert venue.

✅ Buy tickets for BTS concerts in Singapore only through the official ticket agent.

❌ Resold tickets will not be honoured at the event and ticket holders will be turned away.

They trick victims into sharing their WhatsApp OTPs by posing as their friends and claiming that their OTPs were wrongly sent to the victims.

- Active two-step verification for your WhatsApp account
- Never share any OTPs sent to your phone with anyone
- Remove unknown devices linked to your WhatsApp account by going to ‘Settings’>’Linked Devices’

What an incredible day at the Tampines Learning Festival 2026 on 16 May 2026 at Tampines Community Plaza! 🎉 Organised by People's Association, this wonderful event gave us and our Volunteer Special Constabulary Community (VSCC) the perfect platform to connect with residents, share the latest crime trends, and spread the word about the ScamShield app. Seeing residents of all ages stopping by, asking questions, and leaving with valuable knowledge was truly the highlight of our day.

This reinforced the importance of knowledge sharing because a well-informed community is a safer community! 🛡️📱💡

What better way to kick off the June school holidays than with some life-saving knowledge! 🎉 On 15 May 2026, our officers headed down to Dunman Secondary School to engage their students on scam prevention and crime awareness. 🏫💡 From knowing the dos and don'ts to understanding how to stay clear of crime, our youths left the session feeling more informed and empowered than ever! 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓💪

These youths are not just the future of our community; they are also our greatest allies in the fight against crime and scams!

A huge shoutout to the attentive students and the wonderful management of Dunman Secondary School for having us — you made it a truly memorable session! 🙏😊

A huge shoutout to everyone at Sparkle Care Senior Day Care, Blk 922 Tampines St 91, for the warm welcome having us on 13 May 2026! 🎉 Together with Project Praise, we had a wonderful time walking seniors through sharing essential scam prevention tips – from spotting the tell tale signs of common scams and building practical defences, to staying one step ahead of increasing sophisticated scammers. 👴👵💡 It's never too early to stay informed and stay safe! 🚫🛡️
