Watch out when you see Ryders with 4.5*, 0 review and cash payment. There could be a chance of nuisance booking. If you notice such trips, take the booking and get a confirmation (call or message).

Ryder Tracy and Valencia has been booking long trips via RydeX over a timespan of 30mins, multiple bookings across the island. Do watch out for these names!

Ryde chief executive Terence Zou told The Sunday Times the service had seen 10,000 trips in its first week of operations. "We're very happy with the take-up," he said.

Though RydeX currently requires users to book rides at least 10 minutes in advance, they will be available on-demand "within the next few months" as more drivers sign up for the service.

Mr Zou added that Ryde will be introducing new services in the future, including RydeXL which offers larger private-hire cars.
