We held our very first CPF-focused session at ServiceSG Centre Ang Mo Kio! 😊
A big thank you to Mr Soh Chin Heng, former Deputy CEO of the CPF Board, for sharing practical tips on how residents can better maximise their CPF for their golden years.
Many residents found it helpful and insightful. We’re also excited to hear that there’s strong interest in future sessions on other CPF topics and estate planning.
This is one of the ways we hope to continue adding value to the community—by bringing in experienced experts to share their knowledge and support fellow residents.

With AI becoming a part of our everyday lives, our residents picked up essential tips on navigating the digital world safely—from spotting misinformation to smart searching. 💡

Our Community Kakis — a group of senior volunteers at our ServiceSG Centres — recently came together for an appreciation lunch filled with birthday celebrations, long service recognition, and well-deserved awards 💙✨
One of our Kakis, Leonard, shared that he never expected to receive an award for simply doing something he enjoys — a simple but meaningful reminder of the heart behind Community Kaki.
Thank you for making a difference ! ❤️❤️❤️

Last Saturday, ServiceSG Centre Ang Mo Kio was buzzing with excitement as we hosted an E-Payment Learning Journey organised by SG Digital Office and DBS Bank! 🙌📱
Our seniors and pre-seniors rolled up their sleeves for hands-on guidance from DBS bank staff and Digital Ambassadors, learning how to use DBS PayLah! and digibank — from scanning SGQR codes to using PayNow and checking account balances.
But it didn't stop there! Participants also picked up essential tips on staying safe online and spotting scams, so they can transact with greater confidence and peace of mind. 🔐
The highlight? Seeing our seniors light up as they made their very first e-payment transactions — a proud moment for everyone! 💪
A huge thank you to IMDA and DBS Bank for making this possible. Here's to more milestones ahead! ❤️

From concept to community impact — shaped by the people it serves.
Since 2018, the Public Service has been working hard to integrate services to become more citizen-centric. And ServiceSG is one example.
With the opening of ServiceSG Centre Ang Mo Kio, there are now 10 ServiceSG Centres across Singapore — a reflection of how the Public Service continues to transform the way we serve, making services more inclusive and accessible for all.
Residents played a key role in shaping this latest centre. Through early engagement and feedback, the ServiceSG team co-created a space that reflects the community's needs — from its look and feel to how services are delivered.
Behind the seamless experience is a One Public Service effort. ServiceSG worked with co-locating government agencies to redesign workflows, implement inclusive features, and prepare the team for day-to-day operations at the centre.
Watch the video to see how ServiceSG continues to transform service delivery — putting citizens at the heart of everything they do.

Our Comm Kakis — a group of younger seniors who regularly lend their time and heart at our ServiceSG Centres, recently took part in the first session of a new learning series featuring senior-centric topics and skills, aimed at helping them better support and connect with residents. 💙✨
The series kicked off with a hands-on introduction to GenAI — a topic many were curious and excited about. From discovering new tools to sharing ideas with one another, the session sparked lively conversations that continued even after it ended!
We’re heartened to see our Comm Kakis embracing new ways to learn, grow, and engage the community around them. Looking forward to more meaningful sessions! 🙌

ServiceSG Centre Bukit Merah partnered with the Silver Generation Office (SGO) to engage Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) in a meaningful outreach session 🤝✨
We shared insights about ServiceSG centres and highlighted commonly used services by residents, with a special focus on legacy planning—such as LPA applications and CPF Nomination 📝💡 These services are especially important for seniors, helping them plan ahead with greater peace of mind 💙
The session equipped SGAs with valuable knowledge to better support seniors in their communities 👥🌟 It also reflects the strength of cross-agency collaboration in ensuring our seniors can access the help they need, when they need it 🙌

🚙 Bridging the digital divide, one ride at a time!
We partnered with Singapore Digital Office and Grab to conduct hands-on workshops at ServiceSG Centre One Punggol, where seniors learned to navigate the Grab app with help from Grab volunteers and our Digital Ambassadors.
Huge thanks to our volunteers, partners, and the curious seniors who joined us. These small steps are making digital services accessible for everyone! 💛
