Earlier this week, RSS Stalwart and RSS Unity successfully participated in Exercise Singsiam 2026, a bilateral exercise between the RSN and Royal Thai Navy (RTN). Along with RTN ships HTMS Taksin and HTMS Kraburi, our Navies conducted various shore planning and exchanges, as well as at-sea serials which enhanced cooperation and interoperability between both navies.
The RTN and RSN enjoy a close and longstanding relationship. Both navies interact regularly through our bilateral Exercise Singsiam, leadership dialogues, professional exchanges, and courses, as well as during multilateral forums and exercises.
Here are some highlights of the exercise.

Behind every state ceremony is a team serving with quiet dedication. ⚓️
Congratulations to our Navy Honorary Aides-de-Camp (HADCs) who were appointed at MINDEF this year. Beyond their primary appointments in the RSN, they take on the important responsibility of supporting the President, state events, and Istana Open Houses alongside fellow ADCs and HADCs from the uniformed services.
Given that they undertake these duties on top of their primary appointments in the Navy, serving as an HADC is no small responsibility. Salute to all who serve behind the scenes. 🇸🇬
