What does it take to secure your family's future? It starts with a conversation.
On 9 May, REACH and MUIS jointly held the inaugural Islamic Legacy Planning Village @ Heartlands at the Malay Heritage Centre - the first of a series of sessions planned for this year. The session brought the established Islamic Legacy Planning Village programme to ground-level communities, connecting Malay/Muslim families with financial experts, community and religious leaders, and Government representatives.
Because every family deserves the knowledge and confidence to plan ahead. Stay tuned as we bring this series to more heartland communities in the months ahead! 🌱

In today’s digital world, what we see online shapes how we think, and potentially how divided we become. From misinformation to emotionally charged content, everyday interactions can quietly deepen mistrust and polarisation.
This session invites you into a different kind of conversation. Through dialogue and real-world insights, explore how online narratives shape our views - and learn practical ways to engage without fuelling division.
This is not about telling you what to think, but empowering you to think more critically, respond more thoughtfully, and stay connected in a polarised world.
Because holding the centre isn’t about staying neutral, it’s about strengthening understanding where it matters most.

In partnership with Alternative Minds by Hayaa' Network and Open Government Products (OGP), REACH organised a readback session for "Caring for Carers: Echoes of Mental Health" on 2 May 2026, bringing together caregivers from our previous REACH dialogue.
Building on the dialogue held in November 2025, this session gave caregivers the opportunity to brainstorm with OGP’s Build for Good Stewards, and co-create digital solutions to address caregiving challenges. Caregivers could see their earlier feedback reflected in action, with pathways to participate in building solutions they care about. These insights will feed into OGP’s Build for Good Stewards hackathon this weekend, with a focus on developing solutions to better support the caregiver community.
We are grateful to every participant who shared their experiences and ideas with us. The insights gathered will feed into our ongoing work to strengthen caregiver support in Singapore.
Thank you for joining us and we hope to see you at future REACH events!
