longstanding involvement with community-centered initiatives. He previously served as the chairman of Somali Charity, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting Somali communities. He founded Ubad Academy, an institution that nurtures young talent in sports, producing skilled who represent Somalia on both national and regional levels. In 2018, Ahmed was honored as the first chairman of the Somali International Youth Agency (SOIYA) at its inception. Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo, marked a pivotal moment in his career, as he assumed a national leadership role dedicated to empowering the Somali youth.
