Juaibor Primary Where Fangak’s Leaders Begin.
FANGAK, 6 May 2026. The morning bell at Juaibor Primary School has been ringing for generations, and with it, the start of countless success stories.
Juaibor Primary has built a strong name across Fangak County. It is known for raising pupils who go on to become leaders, doctors, engineers, and teachers. Many who now work in Juba, Nairobi, and even overseas trace their first steps in education back to these classrooms.
Before scholarships, before university halls, before serving the nation they were pupils at Juaibor. They learned discipline from teachers who often worked with little, and they learned hope from a community that believed in them.
Today, the school continues that legacy. The chalk may fade, but the impact remains. Juaibor Primary does not just teach subjects. It raises people.
Fangak salutes Juaibor Primary a small school with a big footprint.

When Office and Action Diverge: A Respectful Call for Hon. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth, Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development to Realign Duty with Mandate
A Respectful Comradely Appeal on Leadership, Responsibility and Role Alignment
First and foremost, this is not an attack on any individual. It is a sincere appeal rooted in the principles of accountability, efficiency and organizational discipline that our great Movement has always upheld.
The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) Constitution 2008 as subsequently guided by party conventions, resolutions and reforms provides clear guidance under Article 5.4 which emphasizes the respect for separation of powers and roles. This principle means that every leader appointed to office must dedicate his time, energy and public voice to the responsibilities of the mandate entrusted to him.
Likewise, Article 5.7 calls for accountability, transparency and good governance. These values require that public officials be measured by how effectively they serve in the offices they occupy
With this in mind, many comrades and citizens have observed that since the Hon. Minister assumed office as Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development, there has been limited visible attention to the pressing issues directly connected to that ministry, civil service reform, workforce efficiency, professional standards, training, recruitment systems, human resource development and welfare of public servants
Instead, 90% of his public engagement appears focused on matters ordinarily associated with other institutions and offices including legal affairs, constitutional matters, national security commentary and political responses to opposition leaderships
As comrades, we must speak honestly but respectfully: when a minister consistently concentrates on duties outside his assigned portfolio, the intended work of his ministry risks being left unattended. This is not in the best interest of service delivery.

PAGUIR, 4 May 2026 It was a big day for young learners in Paguir as Term One exams got underway at Paguir Center Primary School this morning.
The school compound was quiet and focused, with pupils settling into their papers without disruption. Teachers were on hand to encourage the candidates, expressing full confidence in their abilities after months of lessons and revision.
“To all our candidates: we believe in you,” one staff member said. “Your dedication will show in your results.”

DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY FOR THE POSITION OF SPEAKER – NUER STUDENTS UNION.
I hereby formally declare my candidacy for the position of Speaker in the upcoming nuer Students Union elections.
My Motivation
I am stepping forward with a clear vision: _"To be a Voice of Unity, Order, and Student Representation"_. The Speaker’s chair is not about power — it is about service, fairness, and ensuring every student’s voice is heard in the Union’s parliament.
My Core Agenda as Speaker:
1. Uphold the Constitution: Ensure all union debates and activities follow our constitution and standing orders without fear or favor.
2. Neutral and Fair Leadership: Preside over all sittings with impartiality, giving every delegate equal opportunity to speak.
3. Student-Centered Debates: Promote motions that address real student issues — tuition, accommodation, academic welfare, and security.
4. Unity and Dialogue: Use the Speaker’s office to bridge differences between universities and institutes, and build one strong student voice.
5. Transparency: Make parliamentary proceedings open and accessible to all students through timely reports and updates.
My Pledge
If elected, I will serve with integrity, courage, and respect for all. I will not be a speaker for a few, but a speaker for every student in universities and higher institutes.
I humbly request your trust, your support, and your vote as we build a union that truly represents us all.
TOGETHER FOR ORDER, UNITY, AND PROGRES

3rd May 2026
Today, we remember a painful moment in our history 03.05.2025, the day the dignity of the flooded vulnerable people of Fangak was deeply hurt. The bombing of the only civilian center which led to the destruction of the county’s only main hospital did not just take away a vital service, it contributed to the further submergence of the town Old Fangak and increased the suffering of already vulnerable communities.
As we reflect on this day, we are reminded of the strength and resilience of our people. Despite the pain and loss, we must choose a path that leads us forward.
I call upon the government to reflect on the words of our founding father, Late Dr. John Garang de Mabior, during the signing of CPA 2005, who once said: “There will be no more bombs falling from the sky on innocent children and women.”
This statement should not remain just a history, but a guiding principle for today and the future.
May peace get a chance
