I wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to H.E. Amb. Bol Wek, the Governor of Warrap State, for confiding in me with the responsibility to serve under his leadership for nearly nine months, from June 2025 until March 2026.
During this period, Warrap State has faced significant security challenges. Nonetheless, through resilience and the encouragement provided by the Governor, we successfully navigated and overcame these difficulties.
Furthermore, I would like to extend congratulatory wishes to my successor, Hon. Wol Mayom, and my friend, Hon. Makom Manyuon Ater, and all appointed today for earning the trust of H.E. the Governor.
Appointing you amid the ongoing economic crisis afflicting our nation presents formidable challenges; however, it also serves as a test of your loyalty and resilience. I am confident that you will diligently work to serve the best interests of the people of Warrap State.
To my successor, the Honorable William Wol, I wish to assure you that I will ensure my return to the state and will hand over to you some of the documents I have been following up on here in Juba.
