This is to inform the general public and SSOA forces to disregard the rumours circulating on the social media platforms that Lt. Gen. Garang Ayii Akol Agany, The SSOA Co - Chair of Joint Defence Board (JDB), Director General of Procurements at the Ministry of Defense and Veteran Affairs (MoD & VAs) and the acting SSPDF assistance Chief of Defend Forces(A/CDF) for Logistics and Supply has been put under open arrest by the SSPDF High command Leadership. This is untrue and reflect only a kind of a baseless rumour.

Lt. Gen. Garang Ayii Akol Agany is currently discharging his duties normally in the SSPDF Headquarters without any form of obstacle or impediment.

One evening in Tongpiny - 2021, I was visited by my brother Duok Mut Known for his sharp wit and sensitive humor, he often shared his unconventional thoughts with those around him.

As we started our conversation , Duok Mut, With a twinkle in his eye, said, "It is absolutely fine to face your fears! But let me remind you, a complete absence of fear is a complete stupidity!"

I was chuckled and intrigued by his perspective. I pondered over his words, realizing that fear could be a guide, teaching me about caution and courage. Duok Mut continued, "Fear can be a wise friend, nudging you away from the edge of a cliff.

We both bursted in Laughter, and the atmosphere filled with warmth. Duok Mut’s clever blend of humor and insight encouraged me to embrace my fears while also respecting them. After all, a life lived without fear could lead to reckless adventures or worse. And so, I personally learned how to face my fears with wisdom leaving my ignorance behind.

We ended laughing all the while, thanks to the whimsical wisdom of my brother Duok Mut. He's great man of wisdom in our family.
