Hon. Gen. James Odhok Oyay the Governor of Upper Nile State met today with Deputy of Special Representative of Secretary General of United Nations in Juba Mr. Guang Cóng.

And they discussed the way of preventing violence and ethnic conflict between people of various communities in Upper Nile State,

Hon. Governor assured the Mr. Cóng the readiness of his Government to work hand in hand with Communities and United Nations in Upper Nile State to ensure the Security and Stability between People of Upper Nile State.
