Today, April 27, 2024, we officiated the launching of the Kworijik SPLM political national club in Saint mark church ground, Kworijik area.
I used this maga rally of the launching to call upon the population of Kworijik area to vote for our president, H.E general Salva Kiir in the upcoming election in December, I also reiterated how the SPLM has planned for this election, I told the gathering that, we are going for a phased election Which means we are only going for executive election, that's for president, governors and commissioners and next year will be parliamentary election.
I also urged them to have peace and harmony among themselves as our president declared this year as a year of peace and reconciliation among the communities of south Sudan.

Welcome back to your mother party for peace, unity, development and reconciliation, dear comrades, we are honoured to have your full membership in this historical party, feel home and your own party will not betray this bold and courageous decision.

I officiated the opening session of SPLM political youth to youth engagement roll out in central equatoria state yesterday.

Yesterday 11th January, 2024 the SPLM National Secretariat held its first weekly Secretaries and deputy Secretaries meeting in the year 2024, on Thursday, Jan 11, 2024 at the National Secretariat premises in Juba.
Cde. Santo Malek Anai, Senior Secretary for Political Affairs, Mobilisation and Organization chaired the meeting.
The meeting discussed party and current national political issues.
In an official statement to the media houses Cde. Badagbu Daniel, Secretary for Culture, Information and Communication thanked the Security organs on the well-done job during the festival season, specially the proper arrangements of the venders in Juba City markets and streets.
He appreciated the security arrangement in Juba city and urged its extension to all the states of South Sudan.

Today, January 3rd, 2024, Cde Santo Malek Anai, secretary for political affairs, Mobilization and organisation had a very important meeting in his office with the national minister of youth and sports, Dr. Joseph Geng Akec after he paid a courtesy visit to SPLM national secretariat.

Hon: Geng as a disciplined and orientated cadre of the party, decided to visit SPLM national secretariat to brief the SPLM leadership on the issues and plans the ministry is currently embarking on, especially the south Sudan national youth union third convention and upcoming interstates tournament, Hon: Geng explores the challenges impeding those activities and how best SPLM can come in and support the progress of those activities.

Cde Santo Malek on the same note, appreciated and applauded the decision taken by the minister to visit SPLM and encouraged him to continue with that spirit, Cde Santo told minister to work hard in the upcoming basketball tournament due in France to make sure south Sudan must win that tournament, he highlights how rapidly south Sudan was known world wide through basketball last year and he also commented on the issue of Youth Bill to be prepared and table in the parliament for approval.

Cde Santo Malek pledged the necessary support of the SPLM to the ministry to foster the success of the activities which the minister is currently undertaking.
