Ensuring food safety is not the duty of one person or one institution alone. It requires the commitment of everyone, including producers, traders, regulators, food handlers, and consumers.
Let us all play our part in protecting public health by ensuring that the food we produce, sell, prepare, and consume is safe, clean, and fit for human consumption.
