condemnation to the r**e of 16 yrs old school girl in sherikat Juba South Sudan.

The relief and rehabilitation commission in wau is feeling emotional to the little girl who is abused by gangs in sherikat Juba.
this is not not good totally the RRC WBGS-WAU condem it and ask government to intervene and stop such crime against girls, our country daughters are the mother of the nation and future leaders of the nation so why don't we protect the female gender.

RRC's Recommendations.
1. The government had stop gangs and ni**as in the nation by any means.
2. RRC WBGS-WAU is asking the judicial to speedy the accelerator to the court of immediately and thank God for having lawyer Josephine Adhet over the case she will do her best.
3. the humanitarian in such as ( WOJE )women for justice and Equality organization and UN women plus others relevant partners should funds this young girl who's being victimized by wrong.
4. The family of the victim have to follow the Case regularly.
5. South Sudan as the nation have to protect the female gender and male gender against sexual assault.
6. the national ministry of gender, ministry of youth and sport, ministry of health, ministry of interior and ministry of education have to set up mitigation measure to regulate nation, sensitization on peace and education and avoidance of gangs in the nation.

conflict early warning and Early response unit launch in WBGS-WAU.

On Date April/11/2025.
Workshop held in Rose Hotel Wau.

The state governor H.E. Emmanuel primo ukello and South Sudan peace commission plus partners:--
1. UNMISS
2. IOM
3. UNDP
4. UNICEF
5. WFP
6. CSOs
7. Faith based
8. CBOs

Launched the conflict early warning and Early response unit in wau following the training of the state technically team on conflict early warning and Early response system.

The state technically team ( STT )
Who are overseeing the affairs of the conflict at it's first stage are 29 members, well trained and ready for their tasks assign to them.

During the event, Dr. Joseph, the regional director of IOM brief the event about the importance of the system. ( CEWERU )
Meanwhile Mr Emmanuel, the UN joint programs coordinator, explain the best activities achieved in the state un programs.

Hon Betty. the acting chairperson of the national peace commission emphasize the importance of the CEWERU in the state, and the channel of reporting as STT are going to start work as soon as possible.

H.E Governor, appreciate the newly launched system, and encourage the STT to work hard to keep alerting government with all the conflict early warning before it's escalate to the danger that will devastated the situation and affect the innocent community in the state.

Tour to Khorjamus JRC.
The visit was facilitated by SSRC.

In Khorjamus, l met the (CDRT) community disaster response team.

The tour was about to asses the team's activities done .
A. Achievement
B. Challenges.
C. Recommendation.

We discuss a lot of their achievement, challenges and way Forward.
Finally, the SSRC provided 5 bicycles to the team for activities initiation.

Khorjamus of JRC is so much better area in term of peace and security stability.
The SSRC officer talk about the spread of the diseases like.
A. Cholera.
B. Dysentery.
C. Sudani Ebola.
D. Hot Sunny.
E. ETC.

I talk about the following.
A. Agriculture as a backbone of the nation.
B. Re. Settlement of houses from low land to higher level.
C. Early warning and Early response to any disaster and hazard affecting the community.
D. ETC.

The CDRT members as 25 of them were happy with the bicycles donated by SSRC.

UNDP Officials visited RRC WBGS-WAU to discuss the on going projects in Wbgs-Wau.

cohesion ( peace building) runs by SMART vosdo organizations in JRC and wau county.
# Durable solution project run by IOM.

The head of UNDP in wau field office, ask a significant question that are facing RRC during implementation of an integration of IDPS to integration center.

He said that they will think about the IDPS who are displaced from their houses (Bakur Ngap of JRC) due to the clashes happened in the area last week.

RRC manage to identify 374 households left their houses.

Also the IDPS 589 we have seen in wau county.

Return to wau after three days assessment of IDPS in greater kpale payam where we identify the total number of the population.

6__ 4______ Death bodies due to hungry according to the source.

The community in kpale payam are hosting the IDPS mostly in the church.

We managed to deliver the following

1. Screening of malnourished and treatments using nutrition supplies.
2. Consultation and medical exam and treatments of the sickness people.
3. Distribution of dignity kits to female of 12 to 45yrs old.
4. Provision of water.
5. Commercial biscuits were given to children.
6. Health awareness on humans sanitation and hygiene.
7. Ebola awareness.
8. Cholera awareness.
9. Peace message.
10. Minor interview from UNMISS.
11. Group discussion of 15 members as youths group, women group, stakeholders, and many others.

# thanks the community stakeholders for hosting us for three days, and helping us in identification of IDPS and host community.

# # IDPS representative appreciated, and thanks the team for an initial need assessment done to them.

I thanks the state ministry of health who was our team leader for being hardworking with us.

And I thanks the RRC's chairperson for approving the initial assessment of IDPS.

Finally,. I want to extend my great appreciation to H.E Governor WBGS-WAU for the initiative.

Our arrival in Bazia kpale payam of wau county.

As a joint team, we were welcome by the paramount chief, youths representative, women representative IDPS and the Catholic church's parish priest and the security forces on the ground with warm heart.

Wr brief the community stakeholders, the host community and the IDPS on our journey to Bazia.
Most work will flow tomorrow morning as we are waiting for the UNMISS team from wau.

Join initiative assessment of IDPS who flee from Tumbura and Najero to wau county Wbgs-Wau.

The state ministry of health and RRC WBGS-WAU in partnerships with NGOS
IOM, AFOD, CORDAID, ISLAMIC Relief and Wau county health department.

HON minister of health is leading the team and he said.
The team is delivering services to the IDPS .

2 preventive medicine
3 Nutrition assistance
4 Wash materials
I as RRC director in the team l submit my appreciation to the partners that had tried their best to respond to our request for assessment.

AFOD manage to donate 50 cartoons of Nutrition food.
CORDAID brought vaccination drugs plus chlorine

ISLAMIC Relief offer one vehicle to the team.

IOM offer tents to the team and UNFI shelter for the IDPS .

After this assessment then the facts finding will be shared to the state governments and humanitarian partners for immediate response.

WAU Thursday 30/01/2025.

RRC WBGS-WAU receive the visitors ( civil society organization and CBO
CIPSD from Yambio particular Tumbura and Najero counties ).

The guest come to introduce their selves to RRC and report their situations and the IDPS who flee from Tumbura to Wau state.

We received them to Wau and we thanks the guest for visiting Us and introduction.
In this junction we from the commission RRC do here by appealing to the government and humanitarian partners to intervened to their situations.

Wau Tuesday 21/01/2025.

Concrete DATA collected through out the 4days of an attempt revenging in wau and by anger youths from different or neighbor states that residing in Wau.

It was because of the random killing of an innocent South Sudanese national in North Sudan particular in Aljazera ( wad madani ) by Sudan army forces.

The Government of Wbgs-Wau and all security organized forces manage to combat the situation and RRC WBGS-WAU did a lot by inviting partners to intervened and thanks God that wau is a blessed state, Saturday in South Sudan s a holiday for civil servants and NGOs but that day these partners managed to attend the meeting, UNHCR, UNICEF,UNMISS, IOM and others were there.

Key data collected are:-----
1_2204 individuals were displaced from their shops to government institutions and security forces in wau for protection of their lives and state governments did protection to the best.

2_There is no report of live lose and that's great enough to hear

3_UNHCR, UNICEF, UNMISS, IOM delivered few none food items assistances like
1_ Mosquito nets.
2_Blankets.
3_ UNFI shelter.

In this regards l would like to extend my great thanks to humanitarian partners for immediate response, and strong appreciations to WBGS-WAU government for combating an insecurity threat against the North Sudan Nationals residing in Wau and trading in wau.

I'm appealing to the national relief and Rehabilitation commission and national government in partnerships with Wau state governments and humanitarian partners operating in wau to allocated more funds to the vulnerable people of North Sudan Nationals residing in Wau NAAR.

Finally,. I want to thank HON chairperson RRC WBGS-WAU for the best action taken for granting some assistance to N/Sudan Nationals displaced.

Wau Wednesday 09 Jan twenty twenty five.

TO fellow citizens of Wbgs-Wau.

Subject ---Condemning of an allegations stated against RRC WBGS-WAU and connected to the office of HE deputy Governor WBGS-WAU.
That there's a food assistance for Wbgs-Wau being loot and sold by both institutions in Juba.

That's great lie. It's a false alarm putted against RRC and HE deputy Governor,.

What happened in Juba we don't know, because there's distribution going on Juba, were we have seen on SSTV that warrap state, Awiel state and Rumbek government have received food assistance, while wau wasn't there. This mean there's something going around but we don't know.
But my statement here is to clarify that we are not part and parcel of any thing.

The good thing is that our HON chairperson in wau and Hon chairperson of national relief and Rehabilitation commission are working hard to make sure our share is delivered to us in wau.
